My brother went through that with his daughter. He and his ex had come to an out of court settlement with joint custody, but there was a delay in signing the papers. The ex's mother didn't approve of the agreement so it fell through and they had to go to court. After a lengthy and costly battle, my brother won full custody with the mother getting visitation. After the trial, the jurors had one thing to say about my niece's grandmother..."mean".

I always take off the week of Christmas. It’s too cold to work outside and try not to plan any projects. The rest of my vacation is usually taken a day at a time here and there as needed.

I'm in for a sunny day with a high of 96. No rain predicted today. Yesterday we got a .ot of thunder and lightning and a little rain. 0.08 inches in the last 24 hours. Not much, but more than we had. We're supposed to get some more tomorrow.
