Okay, some random rambling here.

I was doing my spreadsheet thingy and had a result for Cranberry (FLV)/Coconut (FA)/Peach (FLV) which sort of intrigued me so I started checking flavor notes.

Then I had a thought to maybe go all FLV by using Sweet Coconut instead of the FA. (only FLV coconut that I have)

Then I started thinking about what I might name it. (Names are important! That's the first line for creating a recipe at ELR!)

Then, I somehow ended up with a name for something entirely different.

Crepeshow

Brain told me that this must be made.

But I never bought a crepe flavor. I had the WF one on my wishlist at BCF for a while but it looks like it's being phased out as it is only available in a 10ml size now.
So I don't really want to go there.

So, back to the Crepeshow. I'm thinking some pumpkin note is required to go remotely "creepy" Halloween-ish.

Maybe: pumpkin spice/a pancake or waffle/add a little eggy custard/dusting of powdered sugar/dollop of whipped cream.

If I end up not following through with this after I get some proper rest, then I hope someone else will be inspired and run with it.

If any of you got this far, this is how my mind works most of the time.

The scary part is that I could follow the 'logic'. My mind is known to wander down different paths!
I like your Maybe idea. Go for it!

Morning, mixers.

The return to summer continues, might even make it into the 70s for a couple days. ;)

It's so good but there is so much food. And cheesecake!

With candles!! Happy 16 ;)

I like trying new mixes especially when I like them.

Yeah, I don't like 'em much when I don't like 'em, either ;)

Those little clown cars have a very high safety rating that got us a discount on our daughters insurance.

Saw that last spring, just a few months after I had to replace my similar "clown car", a Scion xD that a tree decided to fall on one night... Yeah, when the cabin is deformed, they total them. Replaced it with a Kia Niro hybrid, and hoped it was as stout - and that I'd never find out if it was!

A little question for those that have used the flavouring Acetyl Pyrazine 5%(funny name:laugh:) What does it do for a mix and is it a positive or negative flavour to add?
I was given a bottle with my last flavour order and was curious about it!

It's main use is that of a flavor enhancer. And, it can be a "positive" or a "negative" in a mix, all depends how much is used.

from ELR's Master Mixer's Tips and Tricks page:

"Acetyl Pyrazine (AP) usually comes in a 5% solution. It imparts a nutty/baked/bready flavor. Typically used to enhance tobacco flavors or bakery mixes. Use sparingly, 0.2-1% - Start by adding 1 drop per 10 ml and add to taste. Too much produces a Frito-taste.

Some find this very difficult to work with, as it can become overpowering very quickly. If you have problems working with it, try putting 2 drops in a 10 ml bottle and fill it up with PG/VG, and work with that the same way."

On occasion I use it to enhance bakery mixes for it's "baked" and/or "bready" notes. It can further enhance bakery flavors (all depends). And it does work very nicely for that. I've only ever used it 1 drop per 10 mls.

Some bakery flavors already have AP as an ingredient in a flavor. It can be "tasted" in some bakery flavors. It is a key ingredient, and more noticeable, in nut flavors than it is in bakery flavors.

As previously stated, used too high and a "corn chip" flavor will result. And that would be perfect if someone wanted a Frito's tasting mix.

I'm lucky that I really like the last two recipes tried. @Zazie with much thanks.

    Chocolate Biscuit
    VTA Chocolate Mousse 2%
    FA Fresh Cream 1.2%
    INW Custard 1.5%
    INW Biscuit 1%
    TFA Graham Clear 2%

    Bookmarked!!! TY :)

    Question???

As each month passes...... it is looking more and more like VTA is gone for good.

Once you are out of VTA Chocolate Mousse, what are you planning to use as a sub?
