Made more of Nick Evans Lemon Meringue Pie The Best Yet 60ml.

Well...you convinced me to buy the flavorings that I didn't have, which were most of them needed for it. I usually make a 10-15mL first, but I went ahead and made a 30mL bottle of it based on your comments about it. It tastes terrific, IMO!

Made it early this afternoon and since he said it's a S&V, but could also use just a day wait maybe...I couldn't wait to try some yet tonight. To me, it's spot on LMP for sure. I can definitely taste all the individual parts of a real pie in it.

The only thing I might do differently, when I make a 100mL bottle of it...is reduce the Lemon Meringue Tart % a bit. It's a little bitey to the insides of my lips on inhale, and to my nose on exhale, but...my taste buds absolutely love it. I'm going to see if it calms down a little by tomorrow though.

Thanks for sharing the recipe on here! :)

I'm a huge vanilla bean ice cream (cap) fan. Love it's plain vanilla creaminess.

Got some new flavours to try and broaden my taste buds. Hangsen FV Ice Cream at 2% was great, but too 'buttery". VB Ice Cream (TFA) at 3% was too floral and rich.

My taste buds are so pretentious  my next purchase is vanilla bean ice cream (fw) - any fans of that one?
I like the FW better than cap. LB has the thickest and richest ice cream

Awesome, thank you! I’ll explore the site, I usually just go in and do my recipe and won’t check anything else out.
Regarding ELR's "What can I make?" feature:
In my opinion; this is where selecting the "best choice" ingredient becomes more important.

Many of the concentrates have multiple listings (due to the way individual users choose to list them). It is not at all uncommon to find 3, 4, or even more listing for one individual concentrate. Here is an example of what I am referring to:
upload_2019-3-2_17-5-4.png

Note that I did a search for "new york cheese cake (cap)." One flavor concentrate returns 5 possible choices. Only one is obviously different (the v2).

Also note the number of recipes each one is used in... this is what I am referring to. The one you choose to put into your own personal flavor stash (in your ELR account) will be the deciding factor of how many possible recipes it might suggest to you during your searches. Choosing #2, #3, or #5, would greatly reduce recipe suggestions, compared to choosing #1.

When one is adding ingredients to their personal flavor stash; I find it best to type out the flavor name completely (and correctly), without any capitalization, as the manufacturer labels it (for TFA Strawberry (Ripe): I would type "strawberry ripe"... not "ripe strawberry," "SB ripe," etc.). As you start to type, you will see a drop-down window open, containing matching suggestions. As typing continues, the options refine (become fewer). Note that they are sorted by most commonly used. I try to choose the most often used ingredient, that is for the appropriate concentrate; in order to get the greatest number of recipe suggestions, when using the "what can I make?" feature:

And, just in case someone hasn't found it yet; the "what can I make?" is found here:

I like it best after a 2 day steep. So happy you’re enjoying it!

I got LB ice cream but haven’t tried it yet.

I think you will like it. Its thick and creamy but it does have a pretty good bit of vanilla.
Glad you posted that that. I'm not a big fan of heavy vanilla flavors. I may try it at some point if I'm able but I do like the HA Ice Cream a lot.

I think you would like it Fran. Its not a musky type vanilla. Not over-powering or over the top. Just a thick rich vanilla ice cream. I like the HS french vanilla but it isnt as thick and rich as LB is and the vanilla note is a little musky. As always these are just my perceptions of what I get from a flavor.

I'm not unwilling to try it.There are some vanillas and ice creams I like a lot though creams are often more to my liking. I'm trying to expand my horizons here.....LOL.

At my daughters atm but will be going home today. Still have some money stashed from awhile back for flavor orders so I may make a couple small ones. It kind of bothers me I still haven't tried some flavors from my last 2 orders but I guess that's ok.I'm sure I'll catch up in time.Plus it's fun to get new stuff.....LOL.

WOW, I can't believe what a difference just 12 hours made in the LMP! There's no bitey sensation at all now...not to my lips, nor to the inside of my nose. It's silky smooth and has more mouthfeel now, too!

Going to definitely have to make a 100mL batch in the next 2-3 days. Will leave the recipe as is, since there was such a change in it just overnight.

I've been wanting to try the FE Sweet Rice for awhile but couldn't bring myself to order a single flavor. I don't order much from ECX anymore but going to try to put together a small order.

I'm uncertain how comparable they are but BCF now offers a SC version of Sweet Rice. I have heard others comment that SC and FE compare favorably; more specifically in reference to the Mango flavor but it made me wonder if they might be from the same manufacturer.

I brought some coils to my daughters to wick but I didn't get that done. Just going to leave them here cause I have more at home. I did work on some recipes though so I'm hoping to be mixing at least a couple things once home agin.

Thanks again,Haze. :) If I can't put any kind of order together at ECX I will certainly order that from BCF.

Once you put your flavors in it make take a couple of hours before they are available for the “What can I make” feature.
