Bummer. More Dr. appointments?

Not a bummer, I've learned to truly enjoy my alone time. A lot. Not that I don't equally enjoy my time with everyone else, I totally do. LOL

Yes, a couple more doctor appointments, more lab stuff and a MRI. <<< LOLz   >>>

My wife and both daughters got together today and hung out and did a craft. As usual, the youngest brought treats. She loves to bake and brought cookies. Exactly what my waistline doesn’t need.

Out walking the dogs today. The one I had suddenly pulled on the leash as I was taking a vape out of my pocket and it hit the tarmac. It was a Z80 with a KFL on top. The KFL broke in half.

The Z80 was OK. It must have landed on a pebble or something because there was a small dent on the edge of the battery door and some small paint chips around the bottom, but everything still works. The plastic tank on the KFL pulled out of the metal at one end. When I got home I tried screwing it back in and it went together just fine. Checked over the plastic with the magnifier and a bright light and couldn't see any damage. Tore it down and cleaned everything. Put in a new coil and wick and it's good as new. Guess the threads on the plastic and metal parts are so fine that they can slip apart without doing too much damage.

I always wished there was a glass tank for the KFL. Someone did make them aftermarket years ago. But they couldn't cut the superfine threads in glass so it was friction fit. User reviews said it came apart too easily to be worth getting.

Glad the pv and the tank survived the fall.

I have the usual morning plans. After that I hope to write at least one recipe. That will give me 4. I'm in no hurry cause any good chance to mix won't come til the weekend. That gives me plenty of time to come up with a couple more recipes or so.

Cyber Monday deals weren't plentiful this year but I made a half dozen orders and did find 3 excellant deals. One small order was for myself and then I found a TJ Maxx gift card so I spent that on myself also. The other 4 orders are split between me and gifts. I really didn't need much of anything as most of my shopping was done. The few deals I found will be saved for next year.

Good morning. I’m finding myself thinking a little more about mixing since I currently don’t have any reviews to work on. I’m thinking of adding some type of bases to my guava dark berry recipe. I have a couple ideas so may do multiple testers.

Good morning ! Another MVA morning for me. I went yesterday and the computers were down statewide, so I had to make another appointment for today. They could have texted everyone, but no. :)
Hope you have better luck today.
