Strangely enough, I only heard fireworks a couple times around 9 pm. Figured they would wake me up as usual at midnight but didn't hear any.
My town drops a lighted duck silhouette at midnight, then fireworks, decoys are a big thing here. lol

Good morning and Happy New Year everyone. I heard someone was dropping M80’s or something in the storm drain last night. Not sure what time it was.
A few years ago I bought all the flavors for a recipe that I saw that I think had 10-12 flavors and ended up not liking it. Anything over 7-8 flavors just never seems to work out for me.
Yeah, I don't have high hopes for my fried banana attempt so only made a half-sized tester with no nic.
It's ready by now but I'm in no hurry to test it.

Cooling seems to be at hand, 33 overnight low, good sign But only light rain in the guess, for a few days.
Wasn't up to the usual noise around here last night, just a few canon around midnight... and, yeah, those bullet do come back down. It's the law.
