The weather basically doesn't have an idea yet. We went up to 6-12 and then down to could be more than 6 inches. Will have to wait til it gets closer to Saturday night.

I'm probably going to give these first tries about a month's steep since I don't get to mixes any quicker than that at this point. After I get more experience testing I might sample at various intervals or different percentages.
