It's barely light enough to see out but I can see good enough to know all the snow is gone except for tiny sightings here and there. It will all be gone by the end of the the day. Our next snow storm has disappeared also but the cold coming in is still happening. Can't complain. The cold is at least normal.

    Morning, mixers.

Yesterday's high was 26, last night's low 17. Today's high said to be similar to yesterday. And tomorrow. Highs may get to 32 by midweek...

I think we'll stay with indoor activities for a bit.... ;)

Good morning, David. :) Don't blame you for staying in. Another 2 days and we'll be in the 20's.

I also refuse to believe anyone likes a -40 degree windchill.

I can't paint that reality any better Fran.

-40° wind chill is brutally cold.

Thankfully I have cold weather gear that's rated for even colder weather.

I'm sitting here watching a guy across the street snowblow his property in a hoodie.
but he does have boots, gloves and a hat..........

He no doubt has something on under the hoodie.

Good morning, SMT:) Any snow fall up North?

    Hi Fran :)

I did a facetime with the Fam earlier, they did get some snow.

But nothing like down this way. All told, I would say we got about 14 inches, maybe more, here in the city. I didn't measure it.

There are still flurries coming down, lake effect snow courtesy of Lake Michigan.
Might end up with another 1-2 inches by the time this ends.

My neighbors to the west are heading out to go skiing shortly at one of the ski places.
