Thank you, Fran, we are doing okay.
It looks like I'm almost through my busy stretch of work and so should have more energy soon to resume my typical hijinks and jibber-jabber.

I'll probably tinker with it some yet but I'm enjoying a tester called Watermallow that I mixed up in late September.
It is watermelon candy and taffy with a couple of marshmallows.

I pulled a real boneheaded move. Saturday when my sump drain froze, my heat gun tripped the circuit breaker. I did reset it but first unplugged my freezer to see if the gfci had tripped. Well, I went downstairs tonight to get some snus out of the freezer and realized that I never plugged it back in. The freezer with all my nic and snus was completely defrosted with a puddle of water in the bottom.

it's -4°F currently, or as i call it.......... a warm front........ well, compared to what it's been

according to the weather app on my iPhone, it's supposed to be in the upper 30s next week......... hoodie weather!!!

Taking your beloved pet to the vet for the last trip is heartbreaking, for all of us animal lovers it is the worst thing we do in life. I myself go all the way to the basement, and many years later I still sit now and then and think about them.

Weather says 29 for today and 14 for overnight. Another 3 days before we see 30.

Bright sunshine got us up to 14. The weather says mostly clouldy and it will no doubt end up that way but for now we'll enjoy the sun..
