Hi, all. Going down to 6 tonight. Ice on roads and Walmart had a run on stuff, probably nothing left on the shelves, lol. Not sure if I want to risk going out.

I just got in from shoveling snow and clearing off cars. We got about 3" of the white stuff today.
Before that I gave Cloudy a bath, charged a pair of batteries, washed some tester bottles, and mixed two new testers -
FlanC • flan, chocolate mousse, clotted cream, shortbread, whipped cream. I ended up heavy with the shortbread by about 0.7 (3.2% vs 2.5%) - squeezed too hard.
Rainbowl - a try at something along the lines of vapetasia's Rainbow Road (cereal mix).
I haven't had the OG yet but decided to take a stab at the profile after seeing Sara mention it in another thread. I might pick up a bottle to try as I do like a few of their other liquids.
I have another pair of batteries charging now and am taking a break before getting Cloudy back in order.

I'm sure the shortbread will be fine at 3.2%. Hope you like both your mixes.
