Good that you found out. I used losartan for a while when mine shot up, worked well at the time. You have an official reason to take it easy.
I'm trying my first mix that uses coolant (WS-23) and it's not too bad. I went low at 0.25% and don't think I'd want more than that, at least for now.

I do have a regular BP cuff. Pill cutters that used to be hubbys. I got 7 pills that needed to be cut in half. DD stole my bottle and cut them for me.

To add to what David said, I bought the wristwatch that monitors BP, Blood Oxygen, sleep and other stuff. Good investment for $10.
Just wondering if all the recent smoothies increased the BP. They typically contain a lot of carbs and that can increase BP. I only know this because I am recently on a low carb, keto diet.
