    Thank you, Fran!

I plan to mix one that I call Fodrad's Bane, a fruity bubblegum.
I might do another one or two from my backlog, or maybe write up something new if I find some inspiration.
Wish I thought of good names like you do. LOL.

    Morning, mixers.

More rain, about an inch in the last 24 hours. Guess the "bands" are either bigger or slower than the guess. And sadly, the temp is rising, so doesn't look good for the snow pack. Or, in a day or so, for the folk who persist in building in the flood plains...

Bummer, Borno. Hope you don't need to replace much of the underlayment. No, not a fun job!!

Good morning. I woke at 5 and went back to sleep until 8. No big plans. I need to do a Costco run later for a couple items. The wife mentioned something about a list last night but I really don’t want to see it.

Good morning, hitt.:) Yeah, your wife's list could be pricy.

Uh, Costco might be cheaper then... ;)
Maybe I can get her to go with and avoid some of the list. I shouldn’t have gone back to sleep this morning. I’m kinda sore and groggy. I’m in no mood for a honey do list.

Twenty years ago I moved into my current house and we decided to move the tiny bathroom into a spare bedroom for more space. Took the vinyl floor up and the plywood around the toilet was like wet cardboard. Turned out the only thing holding the toilet up was the cast iron pipework in the basement.

Don't know if you ever used one of those rachet and chain devices to cut cast iron pipe? Of all the jobs I ever did that's the one I'll never do again. Escaped death by inches.

When we had the new flooring put in our master bathroom there was damage to the wood around the stool. They weren’t supposed to do it since they were just installing the waterproof plank but took it up and fixed it. I gave them a large tip.

Hah, I have used the old cast iron chain type cutter and when it pops in a close area, it's pretty hairy. On the bright side, the sun came out for a bit and I ordered a flange repair thing I'm going to try. Last time I just screwed a metal flange over top, this one is supposed to wrap around underneath and clamp together.
