Man my eye is messed up again So annoying. I think it HAS to be mascara related since it only started since I began work. Today I was all minimalist and shoved a butterfly bandaid on it not an eye patch. It should be fine in a few hours.... I hope. Because after that attacking ALL my clothes, and the apocalypse closet (shiver). Tomorrow it's my therapy stuff, as shiver, I also have a lot of them, oh large doll houses and sand trays and stuff.

My lost vape mirage came!! Hehe. Also, I am somehow caught up on notes. I was ruthless. I was like, "that family does not need to talk to you once when they will never see you again" a lot to myself so I did not overschedule.Amma

Have you stuck some batteries in it & put an atty on top yet? It’s really light. That was my 1st thought taking it out of the box. Most of my other mods are pretty “hefty”.

What’s wrong with your eye Anna. I remember you mentioned a problem with it previously. Hope it heals soon.

Thinking of placing another ECX order, even though I'm irritated with them. That 20% discount is hard to resist. Besides, last Saturday's order arrived yesterday, while the Wizard Labs order placed the same day has yet to arrive, and their St. Patrick's Day discount (HAPPY19) is only 15%.

Anyway, this is what's in my cart, and, once again, I would love to hear what you think:

Catalan Cream by FlavourArt - 10ml
Bavarian Cream (TFA) - 30ml
Creme Brulee by Inawera - 10ml

Yogurt by FlavourArt - 10ml
Yogurt by Flavor West - 10ml

Sugar Cookie by Capella Flavors - 30ml
Cookie by FlavourArt - 10ml
Pie Crust (TFA) - 30ml
Biscuit by Inawera - 30ml

Costarica Special (Mango) by FlavourArt - 10ml
Bilberry by FlavourArt - 10ml
White Peach by FlavourArt - 10ml
Lemon Mix by Inawera - 30ml (smallest amount available)
Bergamot by FlavourArt - 10ml

Coconut by FlavourArt - 10ml
Cardamom by FlavourArt - 10ml
Chai Tea Spiced (TFA) - 10ml

Hazel Grove (Hazelnut) by FlavourArt - 10ml
Hazelnut (V2) by Capella Flavors - 13ml

Brown Sugar (TFA) - 30ml

Golden Butter by Capella Flavors - 13ml

Maybe add a Greek yogurt or substitute one of the yogurts for a Greek yogurt just to get that sour aspect that’s lacking from regular yogurt. I wish I had done that anyways. Just a thought.

I wanted Greek yogurt; ECX doesn't carry it. I'll get it when I order from someplace that does.

Odd that it's more sour than regular, though. The reverse is true when it comes to the actual foodstuffs.

I hate Flavorah's prices, too. Why do they charge twice as much or more, darn it?
The only thing I can think of (and I hate their pricing too), is that they are a manufacture that started for, and markets to, Vapers... only. While other major concentrate manufactures (CAP, FW, TFA, LA, to name a few) get the lion's share of their sales from the food and beverage industries (F & B uses much larger quantities than typical e-liquid demands). With a smaller targeted market, it stand to reason (to me; anyway), that they may have to charge more to remain a profitable company.

Looking at it in that light; the cost seems a bit more understandable.

Regardless, more money is still coming out of my pocket. And, for that reason, I will not "experiment" nearly as often with FLV. I will let someone else with deeper pockets play guinea pig for me. I require some convincing, that a particular FLV concentrate is extra special, or the only manufacturer offering it... before I will throw my cash at it. So, I read lost of opinions, and detailed reviews before I open my wallet.

Some of FLV's concentrates are special, and/or unique, and are worth the cost... even to an old cheapskate like me (Basil and Raisin Rum; are two that come right to mind). But others, are just average, and can be easily subbed out for less costly alternatives. Like any other ingredient (food, beverage, or vape), each mixer ultimately has to decide what they do and don't "have" to have.

Pacific northwest wild harvested Morels may make my stir-fry a dish to make the angels weep; but, on my budget, grocery store Creminis usually have to do. Does it taste the same? An emphatic "NO!" Is it still edible; and even taste "good." To me, it does... and that (like DIYing e-liquid) is what matters most... making something I enjoy.

You also have to consider that most of there flavors are in the .25-3% range where as if you sub tfa or cap you may need dbl or triple that. If you like tob flavors they are some of the best out there and most are less than 2%.

@IDJoel What kind of mixes do you use the FLV Basil in? I have it but haven't tried it or even done an sft yet. I did buy that one for a recipe I had in mind but I haven't been able to find it or think of another.

Its pretty good. Does need to steep a couple weeks thou. I to have a bunch and some are just nasty.

For sure a few are nasty. I pretty much am down to using only FE now (which is exactly the same as Super Concentrated). PUR isn't widely available in Canada yet so I won't be trying it anytime soon.

Its ruff since there only available at NR. I sent a few to a friend in Canada(west coast) to try a while back. They do some flavors exceptionally well. I think the shipping was like 15 bucks US

    Somewhere between here and there
I feel a little silly now having complained about shipping time the other day. My BCF order was in my mailbox yesterday instead of being scheduled for Monday.

I recall someone mentioned inw mix mint on this thread. Does anyone have it or tried it yet?

    Consider it a hobby. I do.It's the only hobby I have....LOL.

Well that’s exactly what i do now! Since I don’t work and can’t physically do the things I use to like skiing vacations or travel to cool places etc... I figure I deserve this hobby.
