Think I have everything packed. Clothes, no problem. Laptop, chargers, extra cables, camera gear. Build kit, AND 4 extra RTAs (I travel light, only 4 mods, my usual 12 is too much to juggle!), more than enough juice.

Good evening random folks. Today was a good day at work, except at the end, where I left my phone at work and the supervisor had already left. I'll have to get it tomorrow. I went to Walmart and bought a prepaid Sim card and put it in an old phone. I'll miss any incoming calls but I can still call out.

In England Fire Pokers are called Red Hot Pokers. They grow best in colder climates so they were all over when I was a kid. My father grew them and both grandparents. I tried them in Indiana but the summer heat gave them problems. Apparently there are heat tolerant varieties now, the ones I had were the original variety.

I posted this last Thursday. Tonight I spotted an ad for Red Hot Pokers in my MSN news feed from an outfit called GreatGardenPlants.com. They aren't that common in the US. Pretty sure I've never seen an ad for them in my life before.

Now I've posted this the AI will know I'm on to it. If this is my last post at least you guys will know what happened to me.

Used to be that putting aluminium foil over the kitchen windows was enough keep you safe. Not any more. Think I'll keep the foil up on the windows though. It could still protect you from brain worms like Woke and MAGA.
