Looks really good !
Thank you. I've been cooking since I was about 11. I was weaned (and taught hands-on) in Italian households, mainly family. My Great Grandma, Grandma and two Aunts (Dads side) were my teachers, all throughout my life. My wife and I RARELY eat out.

This here's a jab at all the males out there, who think women are for all mentioned below. I disagree. ROFLMAO.

I do laundry, scrub toilets, sew, vacuum, mop floors, work on about everything needs fixing, (except finishing sheetrock) and know how to hunt.

What woman can't welcome that?...lol.

Joking aside, I'm very well rounded for most that needs done.

Recently decided to keep one setup to use for old or new recipes. I've changed mixes each time I rewick it. Tried several different old recipes that I had bottles of sitting around. Today I'm trying an old one-shot called English Trifle, can't remember where it came from. It was a mega-blast of flavor. It reminded me that I've reduced the amount of flavoring a lot over the years. The older ones are way too much for me now.

If they are really old you might want to dump them.
