Good morning random folks. I just got back from Latin Mass. It is lightly raining today and I'll go ahead with my walk in a bit, as long as the rain stays light. I'll just put on a rain jacket. If it gets heavier, the walk is off. It's supposed to rain all day into the night and tomorrow morning. Yuk, I hate working in the rain.

Still working on the new computers. Wife's is done, mine fired up for the first time last night. Probably another week before I can do the copy. Hope I never have to do this again.
Miraculously found my old emails that I had deleted. Pulled out the old computer to plug in a different mouse and discovered a WD external hard drive sitting behind it plugged into a USB. I got it in 2019 and it had been forgotten back there ever since. Remembered I had done a disk image right after I got it. The image file showed up as corrupted, it took me a week of googling to figure out that I had taken the image with IDrive software rather than WD. Finally got the emails recovered. They are all there. They have gibberish names so I can't access them with Live Mail, have to open each one to see the contents. There might be a way to fix that but at least they still exist.
Meanwhile I'm so far behind with tank maintenance. All of them are in dire need of new wicks or coils and don't taste too good. I need to take some time off and deal with that.

I remember Latin Mass. When I was a kid my CofE church didn't have boy scouts so they had a deal with the RC's down the road. Only catch was we had to go to mass once a month. No confessions or wine and wafers, just sit in the back. I thought it was cool with all the candles and people marching around swinging incense burners and the Latin. CofE services were kind of dull. CofE had a wide range from high church which was almost catholic to low church which was seriously dour. No decorations allowed or even singing.
My old CofE place was 700 years old. And down by the docks was the crumbled remains of the oldest christian building in England.
