Weather says cloudy and 69 today but no rain so good. We have a hot 4 days starting tomorrow includes one 90's day. After that we go back in the 70's.

There is a round a bout a half mile down the road. My .88 mile walk goes to the street before the round a bout. This morning I walked down to the round a bout so I got my mile in. Nice walking weather also. 60 when I left and 61 now.

Good afternoon random folks. I too just woke from a nap. I slept in and got up in time to leave for work. I finished work around noon, an easy day, had sonic for lunch, took my nap, and talked with dd on the phone. I'm just now catching up on the day's posts. I got my smart watch yesterday and woke it to work. An easy day, yet I still managed to log in 1 mile.

I got the AC cleaned outside and mowed again since we’re supposed to get two days of rain. I bought a new brake cable for the mower off of amazon but when I went to connect the end in the handle it was too big to go through the hole so had to put the old one back on for now. I should have known better than to buy aftermarket parts. I ordered a new one from a Toro dealer.
The hummingbirds are back. Saw one fly across my deck friday, then this morning it was buzzing back and forth outside the glass on my screen door while I drank a coffee. Like it was there to tell me get the damn feeder put out you lazy sod. Got everything together and hung the feeder outside the kitchen window, by the time I got back inside it was on the feeder.
