Still cool, still dry, and the first will be gone by the weekend. Guess is low 80s starting then, for 3 - 4 days. Might roll out the A/C...

Good day mixers. : ) I mixed some 20mg nik salt about 10% soho for my little pod. I can't vape much without coughing lately. I think it's from allergies, or a touch of old man cough setting in. I had some menthol that helped so I think I'll mix some up also.

Good evening. It was really hot and miserable on my service call. I sweated through my t-shirt that I wear under my work shirt. It only got hotter today. It was 100 on the way home.

Most places like that start pretty early so they get off early afternoon. I think people get acclimated to the heat. I know when I do calibrations on their 22 other machines that I sweat lol crazy the first hour or two then can handle the heat better.

I don’t want to find out if that works for me. I hate the 80’s and up.

It got to 100 here and is still 99. I did a mile on the treadmill today, short of what I intended, but I got short of breath at the 3/4 mile mark and had to slow my pace down for the rest of the mile. Yesterday I managed 1.5 miles, but just wasn't feeling it today. I went for a lab draw today as a follow-up for my anemia, but I wasn't told that it had to be drawn in the morning and I had to be fasting, so I have to go back in the morning.

I mixed another 90ml of my menthol tobacco tonight. I just refilled my 50ml in use bottle. I like to mix 90ml so I have room to shake in a 100ml bottle. I always keep some well steeped. I’m still using the tobacco absolute that I bought from MFS years ago. I’m a little concerned about what to buy after this one is gone. It doesn’t say what kind of tobacco was used to make the absolute.
