Howdy, Fran, random folks. I just finished my walk on the treadmill. Except for a stop early on to fix my music, I did the whole 1.75 miles without stopping. Same parameters as yesterday. Tomorrow, assuming I don't sleep in, I plan on walking in the park. The high tomorrow is going to be 91, but early enough it should only be in the 70s.

At 60 I walk in a t-shirt. Cloudy and 57 is a bit cool for me.

I've no special plans for this weekend so probably just the normal things and relaxing.
I washed up a bunch of tester bottles yesterday so could pass some time watching them finish drying.
Just freshened up the DR Solo this morning and put in the Misty Morning mix for a taste, it's not quite two weeks yet but close enough I guess.
Morning random folks. I had a weird night. I woke up at 1:30 am and was wide awake. I drank 2 cups of decaf and then fell asleep til 6am. I fixed a regular cup of coffee, but fell back asleep and just woke up at 10:30. It's already too hot to walk outside and unless I get it into gear, the hospital PT facility will close and I won't get to walk on the treadmill. I may skip the walk today. We'll see.
