Good evening. Work was ok again today. My car said 108 when I left work but by the time I got home it read 96.

Howdy Fran, random folks. I just got done with my workout. I did 1.75 miles. Tomorrow I'll up the speed a notch then I'll be back at my top speed. The earbuds worked fine today so it was just dirty contacts. It got up to 97 today.

My youngest daughter called to talk just as I made it downstairs to workout. She’s a talker and had me on the phone the entire 25 minutes I was on the treadmill and then some.
Ug lost power about 10 minutes ago...bad storm. So here I am in the dark. Good thing it's almost bedtime
Flavour Mail 
A couple of flavour places in OZ are closing up shop due to customs crap so I decided to go shopping at each one last time and got myself a few tasty top ups of some usual flavours plus some yummy Aussie Chocolate and a couple of new mangoes that are supposed to be the BOMB!!!
SessionDrummer did give the Yellow Mango a 12 out of 10 so I'm looking forward to trying that one
