Good morning random folks. As I have RE class tonight, I got my mile and a half in this morning. Also, I'm finally below 200 with my weight, just 49 pounds to go. I woke up super early this morning and besides getting my workout done, I completed one chaplet and a single decade Rosary done. I'm working on 2 more single decade rosaries now.
Today is overcast and right now it's 63⁰. The high is supposed to be 83⁰. We didn't get the promised rain last night and there's no more rain in the guess.

My thermostat died this morning. Luckily I had a spare in the box.
What I didn't have was AA batteries. Had to take a couple from another gadget. So when I went shopping I stopped at CVS to pick some up. Wanted a pack of AA and a pack of AAA but got distracted and grabbed a 24 pack of AA and a 16 pack of AA. No big deal, I'll use them, the pack says they are good for 12 years.
But the prices were strange. The 16 pack cost $16 ($1 each), the 24 pack cost $33 (1.40 each). Total $49 including the pennies. I looked on Amazon and the same 2 packs came to $30 (0.75c each). Guess I learned a $20 lesson, don't buy batteries at the local CVS. Annoying though.
I'm guessing 18650's are a lot cheaper at Liion than they are on the high street.
