Howdy random folks. I just got home from working out. I did 45 minutes or 8 3/4 miles on the bike. It's not near as strenuous as the treadmill, but it's better for my foot. The doctor thinks it might be a stress fracture, although the xray didn't show anything. Stress fractures often don't show on xray, but do on MRI. An MRI would be a hassle for me because I'd first have to drive an hour away to have my VNS turned off, then afterwards drive back to have it turned back on. We're gonna just let the foot rest a few weeks first.

Do stress fractures heal themselves if you leave them be?

Usually. Worse case scenario is surgery, but my pain isn't that bad and most of the time it is seeming to get better. However my Achilles tendon started out minor as well. I don't mind actual surgery, it's just the weeks of recovery following that I didn't like. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

I have a question for @gloopdegurp . Where did you get Lorann blackberry? All I’m finding are lorann oils.
I don't have their Blackberry but posted about picking up their Butter Rum recently. I ordered that from an Amazon seller. I did check at the ELR forums to make sure it was the same one that folks there were using.
My bottle was branded with the "Oils" moniker as well though both versions of their name appear on their site.

They do say that their Blackberry is water soluble and list PG and benzyl alcohol as the only non-flavor ingredients on the nutritional info pdf for it from the product page.

The Blackberry isn't flagged with any warnings on ELR but if you have any doubts it might be best to sub it.

For what it's worth, an old thread here on ECF gives Blackberry a green light,

I’ll think about it. I have a handful of blackberry flavors but don’t know what would be close to the lorann
