The driveway was covered in leaves again so I vacuumed them up as soon as I got home. That’s as much as I want to do tonight. I might work on coming up with my own blackberry crumble recipe. The more I use the current one, the less I like it.
Take a good look at your currant recipe and maybe that will help fix it.

I keep tasting the pie crust in the current one and I don’t taste it at all in the original. I used flv blackberry and don’t feel like it’s the right one.
Thanks. I was looking around at some different ones. I started with a simple four flavor mix just to see if I’m on the right track. I know the dinner lady has been on the market for years but who knows where they sourced their flavors. It doesn’t have to be exact but just something I like as much. I don’t know why they stopped selling the concentrate.
I’m starting with mora, black currant, biscuit, and golden butter. I’ll try that and see if I’m heading in the right direction. A few I looked at use ice cream but I’m not sure I taste that in the original.

Good morning. We have high winds today. I’m off tomorrow since my oldest daughter is visiting. The pressure change has given me a slight headache. Hopefully it goes away soon.
