Morning, mixers.

Seems we might be in for a week of sun. And, of course, with no cloud cover, cooler temps. Highs said to be low 40s all week, some frosty nights, but nothing to worry about.

At one of our Christmas parties, one of my sisters had a chocolate candy cane drink. Everyone liked it, including me, so I came up with this.
Chocolate candy cane:
Cocoa milk-ssa-2%
Candy cane-fw-1%
Chocolate custard-vt-2%
Dark chocolate-vt-.4%
White chocolate -flv-1%
Marshmallow-tfa-1%
Jamaica rum-fa-1%
Whipped cream-ssa-1%
Sweet-cap-.5% (optionable)
I mixed it on Jan.1st, will be trying it in a few weeks.

Too many flavors for me but hope you like it.

It was 19 this morning and 32 now. Sun is shining.

We’re supposed to hit 40 today so more melting and sump pump running. No plans yet but sure the wife will come up with something.

I got in my first real workout since before I got sick. Nothing extreme but was feeling better finally today after my little fall at work.

I saw a shopping list on the counter for Menards so I’m guessing she’ll want me to go. I think she wants to pick up a humidifier for her mom too.

I did get some mixing in this weekend,

two versions of a pink lemonade attempt (for the ELR Forum Community Mix Along thread - January's profile is pink lemonade)

three dragonfruit/strawberry/cream mixes by other folks (since I haven't come up with a really good one of my own yet)

an attempt at a banana peach smoothie

and a mix inspired by mr. good vape's Moon Sugar commercial liquid (I never had it but googled around a bit for descriptions)

So, the trip to Menards was followed up by a visit to the outlaws. My wife is taking on a lot trying to help her dad and we ended up there way too long. The humidifier we bought for her mother doesn’t work and must be returned. Here it is almost 6:30 on a Sunday and we haven’t eaten yet and I still have to get the garbage and recycling out and get stuff ready to go back to work tomorrow.
