That is very odd... Does the order appear on your bank/credit/paypal statement?
Maybe tracking is WORTH oh, 14 the way the do it. Sheesh.
I guess no one company can do all things well, and keeping track of their shipments and orders may be "Chef's" Achilles heel.
It's not surprising I worked in "high end" restaurants (front AND back of house) and like, chefs are like the most temperamental creatures on earth. They're kind of like a wild boar, coupled with a goat.
Mostly, I worked back of the house long enough to get the chefs to love me... I got better tips when the food arrived on time.
Also, never, ever ever work in food service (from McDonald to, IDK the Four Seasons) if you ever expect your food to be um, sanitary. Also, as a former waitress I am REALLY hard on them. My husband always does the tipping. I know WHAT is supposed to be delivered in WHAT time frame, French service, everything.
The husband had the PTSD meltdown. I forgot about taxes. A sullen silence rules the house... LOL.
