Good afternoon random folks. It's currently 91⁰ and sunny, much different than yesterday's 77⁰ and rain. It's supposed to be in the 90s all this week. I'm currently taping up the trim of my shed for painting. I had started this a couple of days ago but yesterday's rain took off most of what I had previously done. After the trim is painted, then I've got to do some touch ups, then the shed will be done. I've got a bunch of other projects, all outdoors, so the heat will slow things down.

Good afternoon, Terri. :) 90's are too hot for me. Will need a pic of your shed when done.

Good evening. My work has slowed down again for some unknown reason. This time of the year is usually pretty chaotic. We have the president of the whole company coming Wednesday so I have to get the shop cleaned up tomorrow.

I got the taping done and about half the trim painted. I'll probably have to go over it for a second coat, then go around doing touch ups on all the colors. Maybe by Wednesday, I'll be done. I can only work for brief stretches of time before I have to come in to cool off.

Yes, you should rest and get out of heat when you need to.

Good afternoon random folks. I've been doing a bit of painting on the shed. I've got the front, one side, and half the back done. The front was the most work because of the doors. The sides are easy, just one trim the length of the shed. Trouble is it is so windy, which keeps the heat bearable, but it blows the paint off my brush, tries to blow the bucket out of my hand, tries to blow me off the ladder. It has blown some of the tape off and I'll have to replace that before I can go further.
