    I got in a little workout this morning. I just can’t walk on the treadmill long since the impact irritates the nerve pain in my leg. I just did like a five minute walk then got on the elliptical. It doesn’t hurt my leg. That and did some weights. The PT guy recommended doing rows so I moved the bench on my smith cage and did a couple sets.
    Sounds good.
