You need different medication? Sounds like it's time to see your doctor.

When I sleep I have a heart rate of 50 which is probably perfect, I only take heart medication in the morning and nowadays my heart rate drops to 40's it seems for a few hours afterwards.
I am not stopping my meds without a doctor's approval, and I will measure my blood pressure a few weeks before I contact her.

I realize that recipes that contain different flavors doesn't work for me. When the flavors are alike, such as 3 different strawberries, for me that works. There are exceptions to every rule, but not many.

Same here. Used to pile in the cream and vanilla and cookie and so forth but not anymore. Makes the recipes very simple. Fruit with a small touch of cream maybe. My folder of old recipes with 8 ingredients and high %'s just seems strange now.

Mixing cherry, peach, pineapple, blueberry, etc. together, just doesn't work for me.

It turns out my heart rate watch was storing data way back.
A year ago and my heart rates were the same, around 55-58 rate at rest, and down to 45's on low.
So in other words I'm not going to change meds unless I see 30 in heart rate.

I do have one with mango, peach, and papaya. It was my first fruit recipe and it seems to work good for me. Got a long list of fruits I don't like at all, such as pineapple and gooseberry.
