Our dog must have eaten something bad. She hasn’t been feeling well the last couple days. She has little appetite but is drinking water. If she isn’t doing better today then my wife is going to see if she can get her into the vet tomorrow.

I’ve been digging through my closet finding lost treasures since I’ve lost weight. I found two pairs of Levi jeans that I hadn’t worn in a long time that fit again comfortably. It’s small motivation things like that which help me want to keep it up. I’m at the point now where I don’t really want to lose much more but would be happy with maintaining this weight.
