Thank you very much, I will try some Capella first, to see what happens.I use sweetener in most of my mixes now, either 0.25% or 0.50%.
I rarely go higher unless I'm attempting to replicate a commercial style recipe.
I have no real evidence to offer, but usually use Cap Super Sweet in mixes with fruit because it has citric acid in it which my brain thinks might enhance the fruit flavors a bit.
For most other mixes I use either Purilum Super Sweet or Flavor West Sweetener as I don't think they have the same additives as Capella.
