okay, I’ll add it to “the list"If you're going to get it then I'll wait for your review. Sounds like a plan to me![]()
I'm not real big on Strawberry anymore. Wonder how kiwi would work with that?
It kinda justifies the cost.
Yep, not a stand alone but the cream is nice. Nice in a raspberry cream mix.My recipe mixes it with Citrus Mix and Orange. But I like dreamsicles. I think it works to smooth out oranges. Alone it lacks enough orange for me.
Get used to it Mel. There is always that one flavor the author swears can't be substituted. The author is often wrong I've found.Hubs said my box came. Can’t wait to get home and see what I ordered. Whatever it is, I’ll still need more. I’ve got a list at BCF to order already. Seems like no matter what I have, I find a recipe that calls for one more flavor
Can't taste appleFran I was looking a the kiwi bourbon recipe too from the dummies thread. Hadn't dawned on me to try kiwi with bourbon but sounds very good. I would add an apple to the second recipe.
Me too.SIngle Flavor Testing Notes on FLV Cranberry - the steep seemed to take care of the dirty flavor. It is a tart cranberry flavor now. I think I will make one of my favorite cranberry recipes with the FLV and add maybe .5% FA Liquid Amber, then let it steep for 10 days. At this point, I would still say it isn't worth the price and that TFA does the job well. We shall see what happens. I kind of hope that TFA still outperforms the FLV.
I’ll be interested in how it comes out for you. This really doesn't reach out to me but think I'm gonna try it anyway.
TFA Blackberry .5%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 1%
TFA Bittersweet Chocolate 1.5%
TFA Fresh Cream 1%
TFA Double Chocolate 1.5%
