    Just shooting from the hip...
tea & chocolate (add cinnamon for a Mexican flare)
    tea sorbet
    tea & nuts
tea w/cucumber & mint (or maybe basil)
fruited tea isn't very exotic; but there's a million potential combinations... consider less common ones
    :D
Thanks .:) Couple ideas there I wouldn't have thought of. Tea with chocolate? Wouldn't have thought of nuts either or sorbet for that matter.

I need marshmallow. Any suggestions on which one? Reviews aren’t helpful, it seems like people either love or hate each one
I have both TFA and FA but don't think I've ever used either. No big help here.....sorry.:(

If you really want to stretch your imagination; google "cooking with tea" and you will be surprised at some of its uses. :D

MM is one of those concentrates I find pretty interchangeable. I use it more for a textural contribution vs. an identifiable flavor addition. I have interchanged both FA and TFA without any noticeable difference. Either will add a thicker mouthfeel as well as some sweetness. I have gone more to using Meringue instead/in place of MM. It tends to be a touch lighter in mouthfeel, and does not add as much sweetness.

Disclaimer: I have never tried to get an actual "marshmallow" flavor from either of these two concentrates. If you are looking for flavor; please disregard my opinion. ;):D

I subbed meringue for marshmallow in a recipe today! I do like it. TY, I’ll use it in place going forward. Less sweet is always good, especially with fruits. It can get sickly sweet quick to my taste buds.

Ooo, stickers for my new tackle box. Flavoring companies and suppliers should include stickers.
Do they not? I’ve got a stack of stickers where I keep getting them thrown in with my orders. Nothing too neat though. I can’t even say how many blue & green NR leafs I have. Some of them came from premixed orders before I started DIY though.

I want to do a candy cane recipe. I read somewhere that marshmallow and peppermint ia the way to go.
I have the peppermint, just need a good marshmallow.
    Don't worry I won't do 5% peppermint.

@Letitia - I am glad you mentioned on another thread that Purilam Golden Pineapple needs a steep. I made a batch of Pineapple Basil Rum Fizz subbing the Pur GP for my usual INW and was disappointed. I made it June 15, so it has been sitting for over 2 weeks now and is delicious. I mixed up a new batch on Saturday with INW. I will keep enough of the one with the PUR GP around so I can compare them.

    • FA Arctic Winter (Menthol) 1% ( I used 10% Menthol Solution at 1%)
    • CAP Cucumber 6%
    • TFA Koolada 0.5% (I used .5% WS-23)
    • FA Lime Tahity (Cold-Pressed) 1.5%
Cool as a DewCumber by Horsegame on ELR
    • Cucumber Mint (FW) 3%
    • Honeydew Melon (JF) 5%
    • Pear (FA) 1.5%
    • WS-23 30% .75%
Do you all think that a bit of raspberry would improve either of these mixes? I noted that raspberry was recommended to @FranC for her cucumber cooler and it got me thinking about adding a drop to mine.
If I can't get a pop in a recipe a drop or two FA Berryl raspberry usually fixes it. For the lime mix i would probably add FA florida key lime and cactus or INW cactus lime.

Honestly, I am not sure that the recipes need anything. They are bright and refreshing which is what they are supposed to be. Cuke might not end up being a favorite for me, but these are nice for summer. I did put a little INW Raspberry into the Benedict Cumbermint and we will see how that tastes. It was probably fine before I did anything. :)

Every Purilum fruit I've tried needs an unusually long steep and the longer you leave them the better they get. I came across my Pur raspberry + berryl + cream tester that I had mixed in February, it is perfect. Bright and tart and holding its own with the cream.

I've never got one from liquids or DIY, only hardware stores and manufacturers.
I don't get around much for flavors.

I like cucumber as a scent. I vape it. Put it in soap (soap scent, not flavoring) along with dehydrated pieces. Anything but eat them fresh (*burp*).
It's also a good melon note.
