I need to jump on the bandwagon and mix up a big bottle of nic base. I hate to break my procrastination streak though.

I mixed up a 10 ml sample of the OOO cheesecake and juicy raspberry. I figured it was best to keep it simple and see if I like it before adding more ingredients.
Let us know how it is. The ooo cheesecake is far enough down the to mix list, I may not get to it before you test yours

Plans today? I tried most of the mixes I had out yesterday so my goal for today is to try whats left including the Soho mix I found. I'm going to pair the Gold Ducat in a mix with a little FLV Red Burley and Bourbon.

I got the baccy mix done. All I have to do is name it so I can label and put away. I happened to pick up my bottle of Soho and was surprised to see it less than half full. I do remember that I mixed with it awhile back when I got it but I don't remember if I liked it or not. Guess I'll find out today.

    Yeah,I lost interest.

Good morning Fran! I thought I would mention that I tried my Stixx Mixx Canadian Virginian yesterday and I absolutely love it. Will be trying the Whiskey Cavendish and the Butter Rum Cavendish on the weekend. I guess it comes down again to individual tastes - for me the Stixx Mixx flavors are very tasty. :)

    Thanks for sharing, @Natasha.:thumb:

I like the looks of that. I'm like some of the others, and only have the BB Slush, Italian Cream, and WS-23. So, It looks like there is some subbing in my future.:D I think I have work-arounds for all but the FLV Boysenberry. I have to ponder that one. Is it a potent flavor? I am kinda thinking maybe FA Forest Fruit; but that is awful potent, and I am wondering if I should rain the percentage back.

You’re welcome and I’m happy it looks like something you can work with! Apologies for the delayed response! I ended up having to go to bed with a sick migraine all day yesterday. Feeling much better this morning though, which is wonderful considering most migraines usually last a few days at least!

Flavorah Boysenberry is one of those flavors that changes all along it’s ageing process. Initially at 3%, it’s weak and I wondered if I’d need to do another sft with a bit higher percentage. Between 5-8 days, for me, it became much brighter and reminiscent of eating an array of fresh tart berries. This is where it’s my favorite as a single flavor. Between 12-15 days it becomes much sweeter or like candied berries. It’s works well as a sweetener for darker fruit vapes. While 3% is as high as it seems like it’d ever need to go, it’s like it’s been diluted with water when I pair it with other flavors. It might react differently with a lower percentage of blue slush though. YMMV.

IMHO, the main “gotta have" ingredients for my snow ice w/ IC topping is the blue slush, pixie stick, Italian cream and ws-23. I’d imagine anyone’s favorite combo for blue razz should work just fine or any fruit(s) for that matter. I’m sure you’d want to work around the berry of the slush though. Hope this helps:p

@ceeceeisme , we’ve been enjoying your Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble:p I did add 1.5% CAP Cereal 27 for a crunchy crumble topping. Being it needs very little steep is also a plus. I have a bit of trouble with strawberries usually but not in this mix. I’m wondering if adding a couple drops of alpine strawberry will brighten the sb further. It’s tasty though and happy I found it! Thanks:thumbs:

@FranC , in looking back at screen shots of recipes on this thread I came across your PB Baccy. It’s looks good and think I’ll have to mix that one up. I now have a few baccy mixes to try. I’d like to find at least one boozy baccy blend. There’s probably been one posted on here. I’ll have to keep looking back at screen shots but that might take a while!

Sorry about the migraine Natasha. My wife gets them very frequently and has some fast melt tablets that her doctor prescribes. There’s a new medicine that just came out that she’s going to try.

I did bump up all percentages by 25% for sub ohm vaping / personal preference, but this is the recipe as intended. As I mentioned, I also added 1.5% of CAP Cereal 27 for a crunchy crumble topping. Mine had a total of 12.43%. I mixed 30ml on 9-1 and its already gone:p

    Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble V3

    - by ceeceeisme

    1.25% Juicy Strawberry (FA)
    1.5% Shortbread (INAWERA)
    2% Strawberry Shisha (INAWERA)
    .25% Super Sweet (CAP)
    .75% Vanilla Shisha (INAWERA)
3% Yes, We Cheesecake YC (INAWERA)

    PG/VG-ratio: 35/65
    Flavor total: 4.38 ml / 4.38g (8.75%)

    Notes

A pretty simple concept here - strawberry cheesecake with a crumble topping. Simple, but delicious.

    Flavor Notes:

INW Shisha Strawberry/FA Juicy Strawberry: these two strawberries are about my favorite SB combination these days. The work incredibly well together at these percentages to give you a sweet strawberry flavor that is not overly artificial and is lightly sweet.

INW Yes We Cheesecake/Shortbread/Shisha Vanilla: a trifecta of perfection and a wonderful base for just about any fruit you want to sub in here. YWC is more of a European cheesecake flavor and strikes a nice balance between cheesey and creamy without any of those stinky cheese feet notes you can get with TPA Cheesecake (Graham Crust). The Shortbread adds the buttery crumble topping here and the Shisha Vanilla lifts both the cheesecake and the shortbread.

Capella Super Sweet: at 0.25% this additive helps to bind everything together. I freely admit I love a sweet vape but if you like a less sweet vape, feel free to omit.

The beauty of YWC is it really doesn't need to age to shine - allow this mix for to rest for 24 hours then enjoy.
