I love berries and I love cheesecake! How could this be wrong
Have you happened to do any simple wine or champagne mixes such as a white strawberry wine for example? I’m wondering if a white rose wine or champagne might work or basically if these would feel too thin without heavier flavors.

I thought about ordering the rhubarb on my last order but had so much already that I skipped it. Oh well, that'll give me something to order next time.

I don’t think I’d wanna use my VTA Blood Orange Champagne. Possibly FW Pink Champagne but maybe to boost another. I might try a couple. Maybe a strawberry rose wine and a vanilla apricot champagne? Idk yet though, maybe a raspberry. White grape or any lighter fruit would probably be nice with champagne I would think. I’ve never really worked out these ideas yet. This is further than I’ve considered before now. Open to suggestions!
I can see I'm lacking. I don't have any wine flavors...... Suggestions will require much thought.
I believe I’ll save this one for after I return from vacay. That way I can devote some time to mixing up a few sample combos. Then I’ll be able to write a couple based on what I know rather than guesstimating. I know you have experience with boozy mixes. Have you noticed any issues with mixes feeling thin with these types of mixes. I don’t mean thin flavor but feel or weight I guess.
Funny, (I was just making notes on this last night) how we both were thinking wine mixes. LOL
Just at the note/combo stage. Was thinking red wine or pink champagne with some or mixture of any of the following...
Pom, lime, orange, grapefruit,lemon or maybe apple, honey, passionfruit......that is all I have for now,...LOL
I doubt I will ever try it, vaping corn holds no appeal for me. The recipe itself looks good and it is well received.
I cannot find my mix, or even open my flavor notes. IIRC the chocolates, (there were two one was the clear double chocolates and I have two coconuts so I used like 2% 2% same with the chocolates and toasted marshmallow that's about all I can remember.
I don't love brownie in real life but I have a flavor that's okay. I imagine that might be slightly darker and richer, but well, I'm flying a bit blind here. It's not a hard mix though honest!
Also rhubarb... adds the taste of rhubarb (I think mine is Natural Flavors) and it can fade out a bit fast so if you are steeping lengthily I might want to wait a bit to add it. However at the right percentage it is nicely tart and tastes well, exactly like rhubarb more or less, I mean it's pretty close. Etc.

I bought some of the WF Hazelnuts & Cream that several of you mentioned as being really good. I agree, after vaping about 10mL so far, of what I made 3 days ago.
I also think it's probably the "base" in Lightning Vapes' "Strawberry Stratus" eliquid that they sell. For $1 as an add-on item, I went ahead and got some when I ordered batteries recently. Was the first ready-made eliquid I've bought in more than 2 years, so thought what the heck...I'd give it a try.
I'd vaped about 5-6mL of it when I'd gotten it about a month or so ago. Immediately, the taste of it came to mind as soon as I tried the Hazelnuts & Cream. It has that same distinctive taste, but with Strawberry added to it.

Bickford is a National flavoring company; sorta like McCormick (can be found in several grocery store chains). As I understand it: in the early days of DIY, they received a fair amount of love. Then, as other flavor manufacturers started coming into popularity, they seemed to fall by the wayside. I have not heard of any Bickford "must have" flavors; so I never paid much attention. Do, do your research (if your are considering) before buying, as they offer both oil, and non-oil based concentrates.
You mention wine and fruit, and instantly, my mind thinks of Sangrias. You could look at Sangria recipes for inspiration. Here are just a couple that caught my eye (as possible starting points) on a quick search:

I had been using mostly tfa flavors when I started mixing and had used tfa cheesecake graham and graham clear for some time. I now have cap ny cheesecake, pur cheesecake and graham, and OOO vanilla custard cheesecake. I am just wondering what everyone's favorite brand of cheesecake is?

I personally can’t answer that one yet, but before too long I should be able to considering how many I have. INW’s Yes, We Cheesecake is nice though. I have different ones steeping atm but it’ll be a bit. I can say that I probably go against the grain as I’m not impressed with CAP’s NY CC. I’m curious to what others say here.
