I have never had any interest in trying white chocolate concentrates; so I can't offer any personal experience. I also am not much of a white chocolate eater.

However, based on the handful of times I have eaten white chocolate; I have never tasted any semblance of "chocolate" (cocoa). It has had the texture/consistency of chocolate; but that was the only similarity. Flavor-wise; all I ever tasted was sweet, creamy, light dairy, and maybe(?) just a hint of vanilla.

I am just wondering, if your expectations are not in harmony, with what the concentrate is trying to be?
(Please remember; I have no idea what it is supposed to be, so I could well be full of baloney.;):D)
Now that you say that... I guess it tastes just like white chocolate irl ... disappointing. It sounded good in my head. I’ve found real life and juice flavors often don’t match up. Oh well, I’ll mark it “tried” and move on. I can use it as a booster

between here and there
They say too many rules here but I don't enjoy forums who accept free use of foul language. I'm no prude by any means and my language sometimes could be just as bad as some. I don't want to read that crap on a forum though.
I just don't think there is any need for foul language on a forum or in rl. You can get your points across very effectively without that type of language. If you can't, go back to school. In the workplace, once you cuss you have lost, same goes for arguments. The minute you use foul language that takes it to a place beyond being civil.....just my 2 pennies.

And I am no prude either........takes a lot to get me mad, but if I do then watch out for this redhead......lol
oh gawd did I really type that.....

Found this, thus banishing the amaretto to the baking cabinet:

“Caprylic Capric is a triglyceride included in some Lorann Flavors. According to it's MSDS sheet, there are no harmful effects expected at normal temperature; however, Caprylic Capric vapors can cause irritation, coughing or breathing difficulty. vaping flavors with Caprylic Capric is at your own risk.”

I have a mystery to solve tomorrow. I forgot what I had in my tank and accidentally mixed a half tank of hazelnut and cream/cheesecake (filling)/strawberry with a half tank of the blood orange cheesecake (custardy, graham style). I need to backup and cut it down to a not a million flavors recipe.

Anyone have plans today? We have rain this morning which is supposed to end early afternoon. We can use it. My plan is to mix the cereal recipe I haven't got to yet. With any luck I can work on some other recipes.

Also my first recipe with the Hangsen Italian Cream is a full 9 weeks old today!! I hope to get to that before the end of the day.

Okay, the Apricot Brandy Gingerale recipe:

Recipe one: Brandy and ginger ale (it's minimalist)
    TFA Ginger ale 4%
    FW Ginger ale 2%
    FA Brandy 3%
    Purilum mango 1%
    FW Apricot 1%

    Apricot Brandy: (this is sweeter)
    FA Brandy 4%
    FW Apricot 2%
    FA Peach 0.5%
    Mango Purilum 0.5%
Maple syrup n FA 4 drops per50 ml
    Marshmallow FA 0.5%
MTS Vape wizard 3 drops per 50 ml

I'm combining them at 2/3 fizzy stuff vs. 1/3 sweet mix.

I like mix number 1 just fine on its own and I am going to mix it again in higher quantities.

I’m pondering last night’s oops tank and how to make it an actual recipe. Maybe make another stab at a lychee peach mix. I have a tankful of the commercial juice, trying to decide if it’s really a 2 flavor mix, or if there’s something else. Then, dig through the pile of recipes and try and find the fizzy gin one. Perhaps after coffee my brain will engage o_O

Touch of honeysuckle sounds good in the lychee peach mix. I've found that I don't care for fizzy, hopefully Meg will or I'll have some pif candidates.

I tried that, but I only have TFA, which is too sweet/floral for this. The peach is definitely background in it, so I’m thinking white peach. It’s not a particularly sweet juice. Sort of a touch of herb to it. Maybe a little dragon fruit? I’m not picking up any citrus notes
