What about Boysenberry preserves and waffles, with a little raspberry or blackberry?I am looking at blueberry waffles at some point.

TFA Belgian waffle is the keyI am looking at blueberry waffles at some point.
I mix it with CAP NY cheesecake. INW taste like cream cheese but not a total cheesecakeWell, I might as well throw this out there. I have tried INW yes, we cheesecake in 2 different mixes and I just don't taste cheesecake. So I am letting them steep some more but they both had very short steeping times with the recipe. Maybe I need to up the amount of cc I put in but don't want to ruin the mix if its one of the flavors muting it for me. sigh,....

Well then its my taster cause I used 3% also,,,I use it at 3% and get the cheesecake just fine![]()

Yep you are correct in that. I try a little bump on a couple of mls and then try some NY cc in a 2nd couple of mls to see which one I can taste. That's too bad! But, it is what it is. We all have different perceptions of taste.
At 3% I find it to be perfect. You could try to bump it up a bit - maybe 4% and see what happens. Might get funky - hard to say.
Just a tip if using the Boysenberry Preserves. If you want the darker berries to be up front use the Fa Blackberry but don't overdo because the preserves already has some blackberry in it. If you want a lighter berry taste upfront use a raspberry. I used TFA Sweet Raspberry. Yum on both of them. What about Boysenberry preserves and waffles, with a little raspberry or blackberry?

You actually use FA blackberry? Taste just like perfume to me. I actually sent a whole bottle to somebody on here because it was so badJust a tip if using the Boysenberry Preserves. There's the old taste perception again. Yes, I use it, lightly. You actually use FA blackberry? Taste just like perfume to me. I actually sent a whole bottle to somebody on here because it was so bad
TFA is pretty good but FA? I couldnt use it at .15. I cant remember who I sent it to but I never heard anything else about it.There's the old taste perception again. Yes, I use it, lightly.

Was just curious. I've actually never bought a watermelon flavor.I like fruit. And the PUR just hits the spot for me. Not fake, not candied just has a good flavor to it. I like it strong so I probably mix it at a higher rate than most would. Around 12-14% and it takes a long time to steep. But then most of them do anyway.
If you wanted yummy, like sweet gooey type stuff, I really don't do that. I could have said PUR Buttermint and gotten the same reaction from you. Because that flavor is right up there with the ones I listed. I know I am weird but it is what it is. I like the chocolate chunks also so could have said that one too. There may not be any hope for me.....LOL

Then “updated” a couple of disappointing mixes like an Orange Creamsicle & Cranapple mix.
Fa is what I used, I just looked at my recipes. I will put TFA Blackberry on my BCF wishlist and do a tester to see if I like it better...... thanks for the tip.....but I do like the Fa but like I said I use very little.TFA is pretty good but FA? I think I have tried just about every watermelon out there. And they always seem to take a while to steep. And they all seem to have very light flavoring. That is why I mix it strong and put it away for a couple of months to steep. But again that is just me.Was just curious. I've actually never bought a watermelon flavor.
I mixed it @ 5% but next time I mix I want to add a bit of the FLV Boysenberry to the mix.I have the PUR Boysenberry Preserve. At what % are you mixing?
