Trying my cheesecake with Mascarpone again. The cheese is still pretty front and present. 3% may be too much but another couple weeks steeping or so will tell.

His flavor notes make this one just too irresistible to pass up!I like the simple 4 ingredient list. And, I actually have the other three, already in my stash.
8% worth of custard, and cheesecake, seem a bit high to me... especially for Inawera. But, I will try it first, as written, before I start applying any of my own tweaks.
