I finally got off my .... and mixed two new (to me) recipes. With the cold moving in; I found myself craving "summer" flavors. Kiwis had a bit of love here a few months back. And, as I like the sharp(er) strawberry flavor of the real fruit, I was intrigued to try FA Kiwi.

I pulled 4 top(?) recipes, that use FA Kiwi, off of All The Flavors; and mixed the first two. Of those two; I have just vaped the first one.

PLEASE note: this is only after 10 hours since mixing!

    The recipe:

The Pink Kiwi by Tootall on ATF
    3% FA Kiwi
    2% TFA Dragon Fruit
    1% FLV Pink Guava

Initial perceptions (again; this is only 10 hours after the initial mix):
Earthy, floral (more mouth; than nose... not perfumey). Initially, very reminiscent of papaya. As I continue to vape on it; I continue to get papaya, but with suggestions of strawberry/kiwi(?) with just a hint of bite (maybe a "note" of acidity?). But, it still returns to "papaya."

I find this really pleasant, not cloying; it has a significant "sweet" note, without the use of added sweetener, and does not taste "candy-like" or artificial. @FranC, this is likely not one of you;).

At this early stage, it reminds me of rolling papaya seeds in my mouth. It is earthy, sweet, with a bit of alkaline bite at the back end (almost reminiscent of grapefruit). I keep finding myself wanting another taste!:thumb:

I start thinking I might taste "strawberry" (maybe "kiwi"), maybe a hint of grapefruit. And then, I am right back to "papaya."

I am eager to see how this will age out.

Maybe, to reduce "sweet;" reduce the Dragon Fruit. But, for me, I am quite liking the current/original results.

This recipe is a "keeper," in my book!

    Kudos to Tootall!

Does anyone know of a cocoa that's not a horrible clogger? I do have FA cocoa and it's a good one but it's an awful clogger.
TFA Double chocolate (Clear) is fairly kind to coils (in my experience). But, it is rather far from "authentic."
Maybe (???), in combination with "true-er" chocolates; it could help to stretch coil life, while preserving a better taste?

I don't know. I have yet to find a "worthy" chocolate vape.:(

Happy birthday @FranC and @Letitia to two LOVELY ladies.

    I can't even begin to try to catch up and shamelessly mostly just saying HI;

I am not even gonna TRY to figure out what is going on in this thread.

This has been one of the most epic and hardest weeks of all time. Thursday my hotspot broke because the weaselly IT guy (who has messed up everything he TOUCHES) stole my phone out of my hand, messed with it and handed it back and then told me it was USELESS for my needs.

So, I had no internet and if you think me and the husband trying to fix it via phone was funny, well it wasn't. Not at all. I kinda had a melt down at that point, because I am going to put in an IT ticket or maybe NOT, that says, "IT task: Do not ever send Jeremy to my tickets because he is either incompetent or malevolent, dang it."

I'm seriously going to send him away EVERY time, he sucks. SO I had a hard few days with my "routine" hahahah but I was busy like yesterday I woke up at 5 and just started writing notes with no ID info and saving it on a USB drive. From 5-8 at which point I went to work that is what I was REDUCED to.

Everyone says it was an abnormally busy week I HOPE so because ARGH. In any case, all is well I have not even LOOKED at my paycheck yet but I am BUYING snus .LOL.

I am caught up and I am home. Other than fixing my electronics and yoga I plan to do NOT SO MUCH AT ALL today.

I know it will get easier, I know it will get faster, but this adjustment.... It's just HUGE. Bit of overwhelm man.

Anyone has a good recipe for vanilla tobacco or a custard tobacco? Something like VCT?

Might start with something like this, @mav2000 . Like all recipes, adjust to your preferences.

    Black Honey Tobacco - TFA/Sig - 5%
    French Vanilla Cream - Cap - 3.5%
    DX Bavarian Cream - TFA/Sig - 1.5%

Give it at least two weeks steep, but gets better after 4.

    between here and there
Refilled my tank with the Fruit and Basil. Been awhile since I vaped something so different but I think I'm getting used to it now.

But that doesn't really address the taste or even how you like the taste. I guess refilling the tank suggests you do but.......lol
