Working from home and I'm the only one in the house, so I got to mixing. Found these on ELR and just whipped up the following:
Cheesecake Base V3: Described as a heavy cheesecake, which I wanted because I love a good strong cheesecake in real life and thought it would lend well to additions of fruit and other flavors down the road.
Pearberry: Pears, Cranberry, and a touch of Cinnamon? Sign me up!
Peppermint Kooler: I adore peppermint with a cold mouth feel, so giving this a go because it was stupid easy (2 flavors).
Custard King: People seemed to love it, claim that it is gentle on
coils, and I love RY4, sweet, creamy stuff, so... Yeah.
My mini hand mixer is the best purchase EVER! I'm still a novice, but it only took me about 1.5 hours to mix up 170ml and my arm is not tired.

I used 3 60ml bottles to mix 50ml each and a 30ml bottle for 20ml and it was perfect, given the liquid displacement during mixing. Score!
Anyone have experience with any of these (I fully expect FranC to say "no"...

)?
