Not sure if it’s because I’m on my phone but I can’t see the image.

Not about to try to catch up all. Just been maintenance mixing lately, the fur babies are a little too helpful. Just wanted to wish you all Happy Holidays and hugs all around .

Happy Holidays, @Letitia!

Thanks. That sounds good. I’ll probably leave out the ws23.

No mixing tomorrow, but it’ll be two weeks for a handful of new ones that’ll be ready to test :)
I’ve forgotten what’s in there, so it’ll be a Christmas surprise to myself . I think one is the adjusted lemon meringue tart. Fingers crossed on success!

Looks like it needs something. A fruit maybe??
Remember Ella's Shortbread Biscuit? You thought that needed something more too... and liked it just as is.;) Maybe this is another that would warrant dividing a sample: one as per the recipe, and a second with added fruit?:D
The author said a fruit can be added if desired. Sorry it copied over weird.

Edit: it needs a 2 weeks steep.
It copies weird because it has all the embedded ELR links (flavor links, user/poster link, etc.), and ECF blocks all ELR links. Screen shots are about the only way to get a useful copy of a recipe from ELR.

For this recipe though (and to give proper credit to its creator), here is a link to the author's original post on ATF:
    Cannoli Contest Entry

If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the ATF recipe, and click on the "reviews" tab, you can see some interesting feedback. I was particularly interested in the bottom-most comment (by CriticalVapes). Their mentioning it missing the tanginess of a traditional(?) cannoli; making me wonder, if this might not be an interesting candidate for the addition of HS Italian Cream, WF(sc) Mascarpone, or even FLV Brie Cheese... to add the missing tang.

(BTW: this was one of the three recipes Goldfish18 aka. Jonathan Goldsboro submitted, on his way to winning DIyorDie's 2016 Mixing Championship.)

What are the percentages? I might try that one. I haven’t had any ry4 in a long time and have a 4oz bottle looking for an excuse to be used.
Since I was curious too... :D

That is so true but I would add a touch of mascarpone I think.
