@FranC here’s the recipe that uses the OOO Powdered Sugar. It’s from WildGypsy from VU.

Crack Pie
TFA Brown Sugar .5%
FA Butter .5% or TFA @1%
FA Cookie 1%
Ooo Milky Creamy Undertones .5%
Inw Custard 1%
WF Oatmeal Cookies & Cream 3%
OOO Powdered Sugar 1%
Inw Shisha Vanilla 1%
TFA Whipped Cream 2%

Her notes: Damn, this is good. Rich, lush... you can just feel the powdered sugar laying on top of the ooey gooey filling & cookie crust. Mix it. Love it. - 1 week steep.

I made a batch of strawberry cheesecake mixed with steeped base using the cheesecake “trinity”. It has been steeping for over 6 weeks and I just added the strawberry and strawberry ripe flavoring. OMG it is absolutely delicious! I finally taste cheesecake. I was beginning the think I had broken cheesecake receptors lol!!

Of course the flavor %s can be adjusted for personal taste. I think that other fruits would taste good. I’m going to try a blueberry cheesecake as soon as the cheesecake stone I have now is fully steeped.

Interesting but a lot of flavor and I wouldn't put cake in my cheesecake base......but that's just me.:)
I have it coming. Sounded interesting enough to try. It sounds more like a booster than an upfront flavor, based on this review:

“First things first, this is not a solo flavor. I do not recommended vaping this by itself, because it lacks any real body and volume, and there really isn't enough flavor in itself to even do so. You will be disappointed. This, to me, is strictly a supporting flavor. It builds up and creams, making them taste much more "thick" and giving that delicious yellow cake maltiness. At 1 - 2% (you don't need much of this flavor) this flavor blends in it's yellow body perfectly, adding all of its properties and sweetness. My favorite to pair with is FA Fresh Cream - 0.5% and FA Meringue - 1.5%. This pairing is the definition of succulent sweet milk, and is an amazing starting point for any cereal. If you turn this flavoring up, say around 3-4%, you're going to run into a little muting. Not only this but your coils will start to gunk a lot quicker. But anytime you need a sweet cake flavor, whether it'd be for cakes, pies, milkshakes, what have you, Yellow Cake at 1- 2% is a wonderful addition.”

I do have Yellow Cake but I chose not to use it after I got it. That was some time ago.The base might be good but I'm not inclined to mess with my favs. Kinda stuck in my ways when it comes to Cheesecake Base.:)

For good reason... it works!!! I know, because your cheesecake base is my adv ;)
But, I’m open to trying this one. It may not hit as a cc, but maybe open the door to another dessert recipe

It could very well but I'm not much into desserts, It's a stretch for me to try the INW Yes,we cheesecake and the OOO one. I have both mixed and haven't tried either.....LOL.

I didn’t “get” cc from the OOO. To me, the INW is more Sara Lee style than NY.

I really suck at describing flavors. @Sugar_and_Spice can do it much better but I'll try. The Chocolate mousse is a good chocolate leaning more to the milk chocolate end of the scale but it falls short of being a Milk Chocolate. The WF Chocolate Chunks is the opposite leaning more towards the dark chocolate side without actually being a dark chocolate.

I like them both but the VT has the edge I think.

Thanks — I added VT Chocolate Mousse to my very short shopping list. Do you have any recipes using this or maybe even a cheesecake? In addition, I have WF Mascarpone for sure and maybe WF Brazilian Coffee on the list.

Have you tried ML (Molin Berry) Glamour Chocolate or HS Australian Chocolate?

I'm starting to think about mixing by weight again. I have half a dozen or so bottles sitting here waiting to be mixed for my sister. My main mixes are simpler than hers. Her mixes all take 3 or more flavorings!

Best part — minimum, if any clean up time.

I tried Wayne’s ‘Tweaked’ Obsidian version a long time ago. I subbed out all of the TFA flavors and eliminated the Super Sweet. I steeped it much longer than his recommended 7 days and enjoyed it — must have been that FA Premium Custard I used. He loves his sucralose and I always delete any sweetener regardless of whose recipe it is. Mutes the flavor for me — learned this the expensive way when I was still buying premixes. I really need to mix this again.

    Tweaked Obsidian
    3% (TPA) Ry4 Double
    1.5% (TPA) Graham Cracker Clear
    3% (FLV) Cookie
    0.5% (TPA) Vanilla Custard
    1% (FA) Butterscotch
    0.5% (CAP) Super Sweet

Well, that ain't good. Guess I'll have to try them soon.
There are people who are great fans of both. As different as tastebuds are, they’re worth a try. The OOO I’ll probably use as a cream base. I have a bottle steeping where I added the INW to your cc base to see what difference it would make. Also, your taster is stronger than mine. You may pick up nuances I don’t.

Yes I do have recipes if you can bear with me. My notes at this point are rather a mess. The WF Mascarpone is excellent for cheezy. I have no Molinberry stuff but I do have the HS Australian Chocolate. It's a rather different chocolate and someone else would have to explain the taste because I just can't. I do like it however. Can't vape coffee anymore so no help at all on that one.

No hurry as I have not ordered yet especially with only two flavors on my to buy list. I thought you may have some recipes ;)

I saw it included in someone’s cheesecake recipe but I can’t remember. It sounded good to me for thickness because the other cheesecake recipes felt too thin. CC for me should be heavy and thick.

Now I remember where I saw it. It was the thefogvlog easy does it mixing video on YouTube that highlighted FA Yellow Cake. I get loads of great ideas from those guys.
