I just keep all my 2 and 4oz bottles in a box in my vape cabinet. I consider them to be refills. However, the stack on cases I have will allow to lay down a 4oz bottle and still close.

I have two similar to these. I don't think my cups pull out though.

They look similar to the ones at HF. And HF has the Plano style boxes for $3.99. I have thought about this route and a wall mounted nail polish rack in metal.

According to description in the link you provided it say the cups are removable.

"
  • Patent pending lift design allows for easy removal of cups even when loaded

  • This organizer has 10 removable cups in 2 different sizes

  • Tough ABS lid design keeps contents from shifting

I have mine in a small shadowbox (used like a tray). I don’t have many larger than 30 ml, but it keeps them upright and separated enough to read the labels. It does take up space, but I already had the shadowbox... it momentarily serves the purpose. If you come up with a solution, let me know!
So far this case has the largest cell size that I can find.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...n_title_o05__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&pldnSite=1
  • Box Size: 13.78(L)*13.19(H)*3.15(W) in Weight:2.13 pound Cell Size: 1.77(L)*3.94(H)*1.46(W)
But all of my cases do hold a 30 ml bottle. The only exception is the FLV 30 ml that have that really weird top that is just as long as the bottle itself and is pointed.
With the adjustable 3 cells on each side of the case above, I can fit 2 of those weird ones and a 3rd(15 ml) bottle in the middle that doesn't have had a weird top.
:)

Well the Torrone I wanted is back in stock but no way I'm going to get just one flavor
I went ahead and got 30 ( no smaller size) to avoid making another order anytime soon. I’m happy to share with you :)

They work good. Problem is I have like 4 more towers like that
If it were me I would have to at least label each cabinet and then label drawers and then make a listing for what resides in each of those drawers. That way I just need to look at my list to find out which drawer it lives in.

Speaking of storage/sorting... I've got 2 of those thread/nail polish cases that are still empty (I bought 4), so I'm not in danger of losing my sorting scheme yet (by flavor type/grouping, then flavor name; manufacturer doesn't come into play at all), but I do have a problem with those bottles that are larger than 10/30ml or those oddly shaped ones that won't fit. How/where do you all store those bottles that will not fit into the 1" x 3" spaces (I've used up the 2 larger sized sections for a few of them already)? Right now, I have them contained in ziplock bags, in no particular order.
I put any bottles that won't fit in my cases on the bottom shelf of my refrigerator door.

@NotSoMini - thank you for the suggestion of subbing OoO Lemon Round Candy for the WF Sour Ball Candy in Dumbledore. I like it better. It took a steep to get rid of some off flavor. For me, it was great after 5-7 days. Bonus, no muting of flavors.

I am so glad that it worked out for you. Good exchange for the recipe you gave me. Guess I never noticed any off taste because I do give mine a short steep and noticed that it gets better and better. I think it is a good flavor. Now if only BCF would carry this.

Where did you get the ooo? I didn’t see it at bcf

    Direct from OOO.

I bought it on Amazon where it is shipped directly from OOO. It was more expensive but the shipping was free so I figured it evened out.

Thanks for the heads up. I like free shipping.
