To tell you the truth,IDK. I had a bad experience with a Cap Yogurt long ago and never touched any yogurt again,(made me pukey almost). Then @Sugar_and_Spice recommended plain FW Yogurt as non-offensive so I got a small bottle. That recipe was my first use of it.I don’t have yogurt. Is it a must? I can order. Have not used the tfa myself but reviewers say it has a really tangy taste. At .50 % not sure how much of that would still come through. You may want to use it at a lower %.It’s TFA Greek Yogurt. Dare I use it?
