You made me check.... mine should be here tomorrow. Case was just delivered. Unfortunately, stiiiiiiill waiting for the a/c guys to show up
I have FW, can't say as I've not tried it by itself.... I've only used it in my clove recipeAnyone have a recommendation for sassafras? The options according to AtF are LA, NR, and FW.
it's kind of a root beer flavor (ish) it's used a lot in root beer drinks and things like that....Sooooo,I don't think I've ever heard of a sassafras flavor. What kind of flavor is it?
Ok,thanks.I have FW, can't say as I've not tried it by itself.... I've only used it in my clove recipe

It's an important component of root beer. I think @Shadav will have an opinion on it; she uses it in her clove cigarette recipe. I thought she said all the flavors in it were from DIY Flavor Shack, but I didn't find it there, so I DuckDuckWent it and found the three options I mentioned.Sooooo,I don't think I've ever heard of a sassafras flavor. There seems to be a bit of a glitch in the tracking system this time. When I checked this morning, tracking had not updated since Monday night. Then, two days worth of updates suddenly showed up a little while ago.Just checked mine again. No movement yet.
Thanks!clove, anise, cinamon, french vanilla, sweetner and coffee were all from diy flavor shack
sassafras and cardamon are FW
Holiday Spice, Maple Syrup and Ginger are TFA
Nah,you're fineAnd . . . I'm late and therefore redundant. Again.
I use 75% pg as a rule and I have no problem with dryness. Pg is the better flavor carrier and I love my flavorThanks!
General question: Everything I've mixed so far tastes very dry to me. Could be too much PG (I went with 60VG/40PG because VG clogs up my pipes). Could be too much nic. But if neither of those is the culprit, what else might it be? And how can I fix it?
erm.... yeah it's gonna be dry.... (I cheat lol I usually use a few drops of clove oil to help with that and to give it more of the clove taste and tingle on the tongue)Thanks!

looking into my notes (lol and I know it's from someone in this thread, sorry I don't remember who.....)Thanks!

Just checked tracking, and my BCF order is moving and should be here tomorrow.
Same thing mine says.I got the "shipped" email notification Monday afternoon, and my Order status says Shipped. But as of just 2 minutes ago...the USPS tracking info shows:

I know I used French Cafe Napoleon and French Vanilla in a recipe or two however I cleaned out some of my recipes. It appears their flavorings need to be mixed at higher percentages as @Skeebo did and this could be the reason I did not care for the recipes I tried — I really do not know or remember.
FYI — I placed several orders with DIYFS last year. They were always generous with including a healthy sample with each order. Once I had asked about a couple of flavors they did not have. They mixed it for me at no charge. Unfortunately it did not work out. Since then I stick with Holy Holy Vanilla and Holy Grail although they do have a flavor I keep wanting to order but always forget when I place an order.
shhhhh I haven't had my coffee....and this is what I get for just looking at my recipe calculators' stash.....That's very helpful, @Shadav. Thank you.
Looking back in my notes, I saw that I'd already asked you about the sources of the flavors in your clove cigarette recipe. Your answer differed somewhat from the one you gave this morning: FA cardamom instead of FW, FW ginger instead of TFA. I have a feeling the earlier answer is correct. Can you confirm (or deny, of course)?
