My polish cases are just about full now. I’m going to need more soon. I’ve been putting off buying more.
Happy to say I have 2 extra but I'm really hoping they're not needed.Kinda know better though............

    Moving right along....
Reset Achilles for trial #2, Bill's Milkshake Base with 5% TFA Vanilla Swirl.
Same results - Dulce de Leche too strong, not much Vanilla. Maybe Vanillin would be better for a milkshake.
Or maybe move on to FranC's Milkshake base ....
I think Fran’ milkshake base is just about perfection! I’m about to the end of a bottle, next one has 2 1/2 weeks of steep left, so I’m rationing

I just ordered another. It means rearranging AGAIN, but it’s just too crowded to be functional. I’m dreading it, even though I know mixing will be so much easier once I finish.

Well this is a new problem for me, went to put my gallon of VG in my vape cupboard, only to find the bottle is too big to go in there, so now it is under the sink in the kitchen, I guess I need a bigger vape cupboard
    It's that space problem again:lol:

When I started DIY I bought 2.5 GALLONS of VG from Nic River.

I didn't consider that it might come in one container but it sure did.

I am finally to the point (it's been awhile too) that I can actually MOVE iT.

    Hehe
Oh,wow. I'd never think so either.

I certainly hope so. Just started on Bill's Milkshake #3, Sweet Strawberry. Gag. It's like vaping Koolada.
Does Fran's recipe have a steep time for smaller (10ml) mixtures ?

I do a month. NOT saying I haven’t tried a little a 2 weeks maybe, but to me, it’s better after a long steep. I did “seed” it this time with about 5 ml in a 30 ml batch. I’m going to test it halfway and see if that affects the steep time

so my attempt at a banana milkshake tastes more like a banana cream pie (with too much ws-23)
so I mean meh it's not a complete loss, not what I was going for and lmfao and I now know that ws-23 is very overpowering even at 1 drop :p
back to the drawing board with this, but hey puts it in my notes for a banana cream pie :p

    Somewhere between here and there
I really need to start going through some sft. I have a whole pile of them I haven’t gotten to. I’m just too lazy to rewick and clean an rda for each one. Maybe I could start doing one a day.

    @PapawBrett
I don't know if you saw this when I posted it a few days ago so thought I would tag you and try again. It is very, very good.
    10% Menthol 2%
    Creme De Menthe (TFA) 6%
Whipped Cream (TFA) 5% (Any sweetish cream would work here)
    Koolada 10% (TFA) 1% or WS-23 .5%
Marshmallow (TFA) 1.5% or whatever brand of marshmallow you have on hand. TFA Toasted Marshmallow works well too.

I did TFA Creme de Menthe 5%, TFA Whipped Cream 4%, and TFA Marshmallow 1%. Left the Koolada out for now, will wait a week or two and see how it goes.
    Thanks for the recipe.

Yes, that's the one I have been asking about.
I substituted Vanilla Bean Gelato for the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, not a fan of Acetyl Propionyl, or other known Inhalation hazards. I smoked cigarettes for 40 years, trying to let my lungs die gently ....

I'm in the same boat. I mixed a bunch weeks ago and just haven't had the gumption to test them. I tried a few using the "drip onto the coil with no wick" method, but I felt it didn't represent the flavor accurately. But the prospect of cutting little wicks, wicking, testing, pulling the wicks, rinsing/dry-burning the coil, then rewicking, over and over again, tires me out.

Testing one a day would be a lot easier, but I want to taste all my, say, blackberries in one sitting so that I can compare them. Doing that, though, gets more nic into me than I enjoy.

    It's a pickle.

But wait--I just remembered I bought a bunch of those cheap Royal Hunters. I could wick up a bunch of them ahead of time and just do all the cleaning at the end! This is a promising plan . . .

Question for you, @FranC: INW Shisha Vanilla is on my shopping list, but, in the meantime, which of the following would be the best sub in your Vanilla Milkshake Base: CAP French Vanilla, CAP Simply Vanilla, FA Vanilla Bourbon, or TPA Vanillin?
