Milkboi is a product I created to help mixers have an easy way to mix up “milk” style recipes, with much ease, without losing much customizability. The flavoring contains no toppings. No fruit, no candies, nothing. It’s only a silky, velvety, and milky base layer, meant to sit beneath the toppings of your choosing.

My take is this: I don't do well with most creams and the milkboi doesn't bother me or have weird aftertastes like a lot of creams do for me. I do use some whipped cream and a few others but many are just too heavy for me. So I use milkboi in many of my mixes instead of creams/milks, especially things like strawberries and cream, milkshakes and some cakes.

man i was shocked when the delivery guy came to my door he just handed over the box to me, i was expecting it to be somewhat heavy so i almost dropped it when he put it into my arms lol this thing weighs next to nothing and is quite compact for an all in one, lol I was honestly holding it with one hand trying to get it out of the box, that's how light it is

I mixed another 15ml of LMN# tonight and added some lemon zest. I ended up adding more than I intended since my scale is not good at reading .04g. It doesn’t seem to want to read until it gets to .05 or .06. My days of mixing 60 ml of anything besides my menthol tobacco is over. I’ve got 60ml bottles of recipes sitting unfinished in my cabinet. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back and use them.

so what would I be looking for in a scale, I tried to look around and I know that it needs to read at least .01 grams but wouldn't it really need to be able to read .001?
and most of what I saw didn't state how low it could read just max or if it did it was in lbs not grams, nor were any of them electric, all battery operated....
debating on getting a scale if I can find one cheap just to see if it makes a difference in my mixes or not, but I can see how it'd be nice to be able to just pour instead of syringes, pipettes and/or counting drops

You can find battery operated ones that read to .001. Look for jewelry scales. They’re small and read that low.

Only cheesecake base and Fran’s milkshake base rate 60ml anymore. Those I use to make other recipes. I can’t get through them quick enough to warrant doing more. Some, 30 is pushing it, like lemons. It’s a learning curve. More isn’t better. Except milkshake

This (AWS-501) has been a popular DIY scale for years now. I am not sure why the title identifies it as having only a 0.1g resolution; as the mfg., and Amazon description, list it as 0.01g resolution... other than it is a typo.
0.01g is enough resolution since "average" drop of materials we use to DIY weighs roughly 0.03 grams. Looked at in that light; having a scale with 0.001g resolution becomes unnecessary. Also, when a scale has resolution that fine, it becomes a PITA. Vibration, air currants, and even noise can make the scale twitch (there is a reason many come with a shield). Price also goes up significantly; or capacity goes down. (Be wary of 100-300g capacities; as these will severely restrict batch size... especially if you like to mix in glass containers.)

Stawberry Crack
4% TFA Strawberry
4% TFA Strawberry Ripe
3% TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust
3% TFA Bavarian Cream
1% TFA Dragonfruit

Dont worry it doesnt actually have crack in it

36 hour steep update - Woop woop, now I understand why the word 'Crack' is in this recipe name! It just cracks the code of every single taste bud in my mouth. Strawberry has now also joined the mix of Crackiness (is that a word?) and it taste exactly like a creamy strawberry cheese cake!

For me this recipe is much better than Mustard Milk, but obviously it also requires more flavors to be added.

I totally agree with what Joel said. No need to go to .001. The LB-501 is a good scale and the only one I use

I make a solution of Lemon Zest at 10% in PG. That sure is easier to measure.

I will probably do that if I continue to use the lemon zest. So far I'm really liking the LMN# recipe and can see where the lemon zest might be nice in other recipes. Maybe even in a lemonade recipe.

I know I shouldn't but I placed another BCF order this morning. I ordered stuff for a couple lemonade recipes and refills on a couple others.

Have you ever mixed a new juice and cannot decide whether you like it or not? I have been vaping Lime Slush by mlNikon on ATF.

This is the recipe and what I changed:

1.5 CAP Hibiscus
1% TFA Koolada 10 PG
1.25 FLV Lime
0.75% FA Oba Oba
1% FA Sour Wizard
0.75% CAP Super Sweet
1% FA Tanger (Mandarin)

I did not use the Koolada, Sour Wizard because I do not have it and Super Sweet. Other than these deletions, I mixed with no subs. I may buy FA Sour Wizard to get the pop of sour if I decide to continue mixing this. I have read it does not work well with high VG so I should be OK to get some sour taste. Since I do not use any sweeteners, I may add my usual marshmallow. If I want a coolant I will use WS-23 instead of Koolada.

I mixed my usual 10ml taste sample size and have vaped 3mls so far. Will continue vaping it to see if I can get a definitive as to whether it is something I want to continue mixing or not going forward.
