Everyone is busy copying their recipes after Shadav's scare last night...
Well, if no one's around, maybe it's time to dance.

I'm not a very good dancer.
Do you remember how to handwrite?Good morning, all.
My POS HP computer is not something I trust to get to any recipes I save so I hand write them all in a book.
If I have any time after the preparations today, I want to mix a couple clones.
Hope you back up your POS HP.I have gadgets for that.![]()
I don’t trust the computer or elr to absolutely save mine either. Mixes in progress are handwritten in a binder. Final ones are loaded into ELR and also printed out and stuck back in the binder. For me, handwritten is easier and quicker.Good morning, all.

What clones are you thinking of mixing?
Just print them out. You can worry about the binder later. In the past I had been taking screenshots of recipes that I find on this forum or others and then typing them into a word document. I do have four pages or so of recipes on elr that I don't have paper copies of. My word document is on my desktop computer which I have an external hard drive back up of and my documents are also backed up to the cloud. However, what happened has me thinking that maybe I should print out all of my recipes and make a binder. That would take some time. Heck, I haven't even put away my last 2-3 flavor orders. It might be a while before I get around to making a binder. Procrastination is tough.
I'm betting you have plenty of hardware.I'm looking to stock up on some hardware, not flavors.

I'm enjoying my new Cheesecake mix. I think it's my first attempt with blueberry/bilberry so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Happy to say it's a keeper.![]()
BlueBill CheesecakeI do have a pretty good stash but want to stock up on my favorites with all the deeming stuff going on. I figure a little each month for the next few months should do me.
What percentages did you use on the blueberry and bilberry? I'm thinking about tweaking my blueberry cookie recipe a little. I used FW blueberry and bilberry which was recommended to me by a few people but sometimes I have a hard time tasting the blueberry. I would think that 4% blueberry would be plenty so I was thinking about either adding another blueberry or something.
You have Blueberry Extra?
That will be fine to use. Same %.Yes, I have "Extra" (no "Wild"), but somehow I have the Bilberry. LOL!
