@ChelsB - TFA Juicy Peach has ethyl alcohol, triacetin, and a trace amount of Acetoin in it. To me, the triacetin gives it a sort of "funky" taste that I personally don't like. I was happy when they came out with a TFA DX Juicy Peach because it doesn't contain triacetin and even the trace amount of acetoin has been removed. It still has EA in it though, that affects the taste and throat hit, to me, until it's evaporated off.

No, I haven’t. Any suggestions on accent flavors?
A lot of times peach has accents such as apricot, cantaloupe or even mango.
If you can provide a really good description we may be able to get closer to whats actually in it. Cloning is a pita and rarely do you ever find the exact recipe. Most times you get something better.

Good morning, random folks :) Any mixing, tasting or other plans today? I’m thinking I may try my sft of FLV Strawberry today. I want to get back to trying my new mixes soon also.
Good morning. I don't have any plans, but I need to come up with some mixes. Not testers. Need a cream heavy mix and a fruit, at least.
And a custard recipe that is a sure thing, bigger bottle to steep. Thinking about mixing CAP Vanilla Custard and TFA vanilla custard, maybe a little FA Fresh Cream to lighten it up.
I think for the fruit I'm going to do FA white peach and a touch of apricot.
Forget which apricot I have but it is subtly strong. Doesn't hit you over the head with flavor but drowns out other flavors a bit, so maybe 2.5 white peach and .75 or 1 apricot. And 1% VBIC. ...I have to put cream in everything lol.

Good morning mixers. I had used the rhubarb custard one shot I got from chefs and liked it a lot but got burned out on it. I guess it's been long enough so I'm going to put some in a tank and go for it again. I got a couple of silverplay rta's on the vapordna sale cheap and am going to try one out. I was thinking that it was someone on this thread that recommended them. I'm slowly stocking up on gear for the impending doom that the FDA will most likely bring.

That's why I like to change my flavors often. Once I get burned out on something it's for good so I try not to let that happen anymore.

thanks i've been using this one Juice Calculator
i've looked at the files and unfortunately everything is gone....all my recipes, all my ingredients....it's just all gone *waaaaa* lol oddly enough though it's still tracking the steeping time and my shopping list is in tact, I don't know what happened....I think I have some still on the ejuicemeup, though they'd be old and outdated as I've tweaked just about everything since then, and I know I posted some in here so I can find those but ufff this suck

Ah, wrong one. While I do have that one installed, don't use it much. But it seems to save it's files in xml, so a similar search for *.xml may help. Or, try to find your files with the programs "file maintenance" utility (the program install put links to both the program and the file maintenance program on my desktop.) The default data file seems to be "mixes.xml".

So what was the magic trick, in case others here hit the same problem?

@Shadav In your documents folder you will have a JuiceCalculator folder, within which should be all your backups

Is that all in your >This PC >Documents

I think you have been looking in >program files >ejuicecalculator
    Rather go to >This PC >Documents >JuiceCalculator
    @Shadav

thank you, I didn't know about that folder, but all that is in there is pg.xml :(

yes I checked my trash and I even ran a restore to undelete files but they weren't there....

On the Recipe Calculator, click File, Open and point to your "pg.xml"
the file pg.xml has everything in it... I had been checking in program files rather than in my documents...but only one file was there pg.xml, but once I did as punk in drublic suggested, boom everything was back....I thought that file was just pg but it was everything :D

By default the file gets saved in your My Documents/JuiceCalculator folder as a xml file. Not sure how it gets named, mine is a different name from Shadav. But the program needs to be linked to this file. To do so, open program, click File, Open, then point to your xml file.

You could have multiples of this file (if one wishes), or even move it to another folder/network/cloud drive – but still need to link the program to the file you wish to work off of.

I keep my recipes in e-liquid recipes. I see no file in my Documents folder. Did not think they create/save folders.
Mine are on ELR also but I back them up with a written copy in a binder.
