I could never get into dripping of squonking (I know I spelled that wrong probably) I've tried both and just not for me.
Historically, dripping always imparted the most intense flavor. There was little doubt about that. But improved RTAs have closed that gap to the point where there is little difference anymore. It has kind of limited the usefulness of dripping. Good for quick sampling without using up a lot of juice, though. Squonking was a nice invention to bridge the gap between achieving drip quality flavor and the convenience of large capacity. Many of those original squonkers got so used to it they stuck with it to this day. Especially when you can squonk on both mechs and regulated mods.

I've been working on a good banana peanut butter recipe since I've started DIYing. Peanut butter was harder than I thought. Once I got that down I battled this pesky dry mouth causing liquid that I just couldn't vape. Mouthfeel was terrible. I kept working at it and I think I did a good one.

Banana Cream TPA 3.5
Butterscotch FLV 1
Caramel (Caramelo) FLV 1
Cotton Candy TPA .50
Peanut butter FLV 1
Peanut Butter TPA 1
Sweetener TPA .50
Vanilla Custard CAP 3

This looks good to me, too, but I have to clarify the caramel manufacturer in this... Flavor Art's Caramel also has Caramelo in parentheses, whereas Flavorah doesn't use 'Caramelo' in their name at all. Could it really be FAs Caramel? I don't mean to be a PITA, but I want to be sure that I save it correctly to try later (I'm always missing flavors). Not knowing flavorings that well yet, I would not have even noticed the difference, if I hadn't tried putting it into ELR and couldn't find Caramel (Caramelo) FLV in the drop-down list.

I'm still using a bunch of older internal battery mods, and I agree with what you said above. Have several Innokin MVP2 & 20W, CoV Mini Volt, Eleaf iStick Basics, Eleaf 10W, 20W, 30W, & 50W mods, Kanger Evod Mega kits, and Innokin CoolFire 4 mods still working fine! Have more of each in my stash that are, too.
I have (and have forgotten about) most of these, so I should dig them out again! Most of my Evod batteries are Vision Spinners (hated the digital VV-type Evods) and they still work fine, too. I will probably toss my iStick 10w mods, although they're adorable & tiny, they never did give me a great vape due to such low wattage and no tank ever looked right on it. I will definitely keep the 20s & 30s, but I really wish I could turn my 50s into power banks though, because I haven't touched one in years. LOL!

Based on the above, I feel certain that multiples of my much newer internal battery mods & kits (Yosta Livepor 60W, Innokin Mini 40W w/Zenith, JoyeTech eGo One, and Aegis Mini) will last at least as long as the older ones.
I have a red Livepor that is pitifully just sitting in it's box, because I never got around to picking out a tiny enough tank for it. I hate top-heavy mods and every tank I wanted to put on it was taller than the mod itself. I may just stick a Melo 3 Nano on top and be done with it (I have a couple of those in my stash somewhere). Hell, I might pick up another Livepor for the stash, too, because they're so freakin' adorable. I've been using my Nautilus AIO and the same silver Target Mini kit (also have 2 Target Mini kit backups in black & pink and 2 spare mod only in Silver & Black, as well) as pocket mods, when I already have so many others to choose from. BTW, I thought my favorite pod mod was going to be the Orion Q (they're beautiful), but the coils burn out so God D@mned fast and I use 50/50 blends in there. :-x You'd have to pry my Eleaf Picos out of my cold, dead hands though, because those are my favorite mods over any other mod I've ever bought and I use one daily (the 75w is my favorite, but I also have Pico 25s and only one 21700 <-- I want another one)! :hubba:

I still have tons of wire but have been buying these pre wound coils that I really like in my zeus tanks. They run great around 22-24 watts and align almost perfectly with the wick slots.

Added them to my FT Wish List, so I don't forget. I have a couple of Zeus RTAs that I haven't even tried yet (because I am a seriously LAZY vaper & hate to build ), so it sounds like 1/2 the battle is already taken care of with these. You have no idea how many RTAs I have that have been waiting for cleanings & rebuilds for... Well, a really long time. I usually vape around 25-35 watts, so these will probably be perfect for me. Thanks, @hittman !

YAY! I don't have that flavor.

Oddly enough, although I absolutely adore caramel anything, I somehow only have PUR Creamy Caramel in my stash... What the??? :?: I need to rectify that soon! So, everyone... What are the caramels that I absolutely NEED to have?

@FranC , I don't mind sweet at all, as long as I can taste the flavors in the recipe, too. I have a retail cran-apple liquid that I can't vape (think it's made by Loaded), because sweet is all I taste. No luscious cranberry or apple... They might as well have simply waved the flavorings over the liquid bottle, because damned if I can taste anything in there other than... Obnoxiously, S-W-E-E-T!!! :grr:

Yeah, I need a good cran-apple (or even cran-grape) recipe. I want sweet *and* tart!

You could try this cran-apple from PJReid -

My favorite autumnal recipe is Cran-Apple:
Cranberry (SC) 3% or Cranberry (TPA) 7%
Fuji Red Apple (VTA) 2%
Granny Smith Apple (VTA) 2%
Lemon (FE).5%
Shape Up Pear (Molinberry) .5%
WS-23 30% .5%

You can use FA Fuji if you have it instead of VTA.

To me, the TFA Cranberry is wicked tart at first and then turns wicked sweet. Therefore I don't use it.

Caramel Butter by Wonder Flavors smells awesome... I still need to figure it out though. Caramel (caramelo) FA is really good and I agree with dennism about Capella's caramel. Caramel Candy FW is another good one as is Salted Caramel FW.

Well I completely missed that and used the FLV Caramel, I obviously like it this way. :D I do have both so I might make it the other way this weekend. :|

Perfect! It might be better your way so now I am going to buy some FLV Caramel. That's the beauty of DIY. :) I've been playing around with the mix itself and a few other mixes that I really enjoy. Being new to this I am beginning to find in some mixes that there is a "base" element that I like. I'll then take out one flavor, for example banana, and replace it with something like coffee. I only do this with the mixes I really enjoy and have found success. I have not tried FLV Caramel, but most of Flavorah's flavors I have seem a little stronger. If that's the case with their caramel I could totally see your version tasting better.

I am not positive, but I think this was the first time I have used it, I was like Wow! I can finally mix something with this.

I will probably toss my iStick 10w mods, although they're adorable & tiny, they never did give me a great vape due to such low wattage and no tank ever looked right on it.

You could wait and pass them on to someone who actually may need them later...if all the "stuff" happening now actually gets much worse. As far as no tank ever looking right on them...since they're almost the exact same size as the CoV Mini Volt...you could try the same tank you used on it, on the Mini 10W. Or...a great little tank on them, IMO, is the Eleaf GSBaby. It's only 39mm tall, not including whatever drip tip you put on it. It comes with the Pico Baby kit, but also looks just right on the Mini 10W. You can buy them individually, too, not just in the Pico Baby kits.

I have a red Livepor that is pitifully just sitting in it's box, because I never got around to picking out a tiny enough tank for it. I hate top-heavy mods and every tank I wanted to put on it was taller than the mod itself.

On my Livepor mods...the same tank above (Eleaf GSBaby) looks great on them and so does a Berserker Mini, IMO. In fact, to me, the SS Berserker Mini on the Livepor, looks like it was made precisely to fit it.
