Yes, I'm tired of transferring my nic. LOL. I also got back from the doctor's office with an albuterol inhaler, a freaking Z-pack, he sort of stared at my abx in a puzzled fashion until I explained I can't take Keflax and Clindomyacin. Then he was like, "Well, I wouldn't take THAT." And I was like "Yep." OMG too he asked about my sputum or whatever it's called and I had been coughing into a mask so I was like, "Here you go, THIS is what color it is." But he handled it like a man and told me to take Mucinex, the inhaler, the Z-pack and the steroid but that "if I did not get better, to go to the ER."

Oooh… .He also ORDERED me the pneumonia vaccine so I can just come back and like, do it when I am not sick. My clinic has like, that awesome feature and they don't even charge you for it.

Also, he looked... Like a construction worker. I don't know if the dos compete as to how badly they can dress on Weekends and Holidays because they HATE them but he was this gigantic, rather rotund half African-American dude who like, his sneakers were coming apart, his jeans (which were shredded) barely fit, he was NOT wearing a lab coat. LOL.

Strangely enough, that is the kind of doctor I can get behind. I made a well-visit and like we will see. Because he was really nice and super sympathetic so maybe he won't freak about my thyroid like crazy Nurse Practitioner B.

Because he looked like he had been around the block a few times so maybe he will listen instead of being like, "OMG you are gonna die."

I don't think I am. Now.

They have this new dry puff albuterol inhaler it is weird. LOL.

I hope this new doc works out for you. I know from experience how miserable it is when you either don’t really hit it off with them or have any faith in them. Good luck!

I think it was just for recipes and not actually a calculator. I could be wrong. I had it on my phone but deleted it since Steam Engine is so much better.

I have steam engine bookmarked, but the coil builder app on my phone makes for a quick and easy check. I don’t use fancy wire , dual coils,,or builds lower than 0.6 at the very most on regulated mods. I can see steam engine being more reliable on builds for someone a little more exotic than me. For mechs, always steam engine though.

I've tried before, too. Then I realized that one of NPR's main sponsors is the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. They are one of the biggies in promoting tobacco control, and are, of course, anti-vaping. They are tied in to the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids and all the others.

Well that's really disheartening Kind of makes me want to not listen to NPR anymore.. but there are so so many programs I enjoy.

I stopped listening for a number of years. I don't care much for the political stuff (of any stripe), but I agree that the other programs are very good. I've gone back to listening, but not as much as before.

I went through all four of my polish cases last night and got the flavor locations corrected and double checked. It was really bugging me that I couldn’t find some flavors in the slots they were supposed to be in. I also put away the rest of my loose flavors and updated my list.

I’m loving the Tesla 86w so far. The bronze looks great and it’s comfortable in the hand. My Zeus rta fits perfectly on it.

I loved that mod (the tube right?) but it die on me in under 2 weeks. I need another at a CRAZY price (I'm listening) because I can't have tube mods without a hole drilled into my tube mod holder by the husband and I LOVED it so much.

It was impressive, too. It literally disintegrated in my hands as I was frantically trying to get the battery out. I did not know what mod guts looked like. I just shook my head and was like, It looks like someone took a hammer to this I am not going to even TRY to warranty it." it is indeed a great mod.

My life improved 600% when I stopped listening to NPR. It was habit cuz my parents did. I started realizing I like the pledge drives better than, "Death flu, politics, Armageddon some other way, Diane gravel voice, highbrow book review, death flu, tragedy, suckage, we are all gonna die, mosquitos can kill you now," etc. I don't need to know that stuff.

I just want to say I feel WAAAY better. I have notes to do but they are all old I am totally caught up for this week. ALSO I think I mighta had the magical, mystical steroid day that my mom talks about yesterday (I have never let them give me enough prednisone to find out by METHY-prednisone does NOT make me that nuts as it happens.) I came home and did yoga like a madwoman and it feels fine. I also woke up (I made a wedge out of pillows) not coughing my brains out. I even went out AFTER yoga to the store because I was out of Theraflu and I asked Appliance Husband how long in his "stay the hell away from doctors" opinion I should take more Mucinex and Theraflu and he was like "a couple days."

I tried to catch up but NOPE. I want to make my favorite Boston Cream Pie recipe hopefully. I am out.. Some flavors should just never run out. But I have horrifically more LATE notes than I realized in the week before FMLA. So I am going to have to do them. Ugh.

My life improved 600% when I stopped listening to NPR. It was habit cuz my parents did. I started realizing I like the pledge drives better than, "Death flu, politics, Armageddon some other way, Diane gravel voice, highbrow book review, death flu, tragedy, suckage, we are all gonna die, mosquitos can kill you now," etc. I don't need to know that stuff.

I always think presenters who like, present on that stuff should be ON it when they take it. I mean, some of them are but NOT ALL.

OMG, my future doc husband (the archeologist/doc whose wife just died, I kid, but we are pals for sure....)

I was telling him about my kid and his adventures with acid, and I found a dude who took more than my kid! It is my beloved Archeologist dude. He took 23 hits in Puerto Rico as a youth. and spent like 6 days on the psych unit. He couldn't believe my kid was "okay." I was like, "Dude, okay in RELATIVE terms I had to send him t to rehab a) for court and b) because I was gonna kill him due to his obnoxiousness."

He said it was a REAL pain to explain tot he medical board when he got his license. I was like, "I bet." I congratulated him heartily. He was like "Gosh, maybe that is why I am weird." Kind of wistfully.

I was like, "Trust me, you are not weird. What you are is the problem of many intelligent males. I don't know that much about archeology but I do know about doctoring and you know your Ps and Qs. I am afraid you are suffering from "I am such a smart dude I almost have Asperger's but I don't but sort of kind of enough to also have awareness to worry about being weird. Since you are also very nice, there is nothing for you to worry about."

LOL. I'm gonna send him to the husband, and well, I think they met at the Christmas party last year. They have tons in common.

He's not really my future husband but we seem to be kindred sprits. He told me all about his trip to Aus this week, it really kept me going.

The only person I miss is Ira Glass. He has this strange effect on the women in my family we all seem to want to get to know him better quite badly. A woman I knew grew up with him and says he still looks like a spindly kid with glasses. That's not the part I want to get to know it's like his BRAIN. Not sure about my mom or sister, you can't tell with them. They were into Tom Brady.
