Only a couple of near disasters today:
1. Almost right off the bat, I knocked one of my flavor cases onto the floor. Luckily, it did not open (that would probably have made me so mad that I wouldn't have had the heart to proceed) and only an inessential corner chunk broke off.
2. When I added WS-23 to a recipe, I said to myself, after being reminded that it just had a cap with no dropper tip, "Be sure to remember this the next time you use it so you don't upend the bottle and dump a bunch into your mix." A few recipes later, when I went to add WS-23, I forgot there was no dropper and made a wasteful but not enormous mess. With great pride, I can report I did not have a tantrum.
I was shocked to note that I've used up about a third of a gallon of VG since my first mixing session on April 11. Had no idea I'd mixed that much already.
